In this contract we agree that:
ilicpro

will sell 1 Q2 house to Mahanakhon

for the total sum of 6.45 Gold.

The deal goes as follows:
*Mahanakhon will donate 6.45 gold to ilicpro
* ilicpro will donate 1 Q2 house to Mahanakhon

The donation must be fullfilled within 24 hours after both parties have signed the contract.

If the contract is not respected the properties involved,1 Q2 house and 6.45 gold will be impounded and donated to the one who hasn't broken the contract, as penalty.This contract and its penalty is also valid in case of a citizen dies or is temp or permanently banned.If the contract is modified by either sides, or one of the signatures is modified,the properties involved will go to the partie that did not modified the signature nor contract.The parties that have modified the contract or signature will also receive a three day ban.

The contract becomes valid once both ilicpro & Mahanakhon sign it by posting the full contract terms and the phrase ,"I agree with the contract terms”.
