普賢菩薩（梵文：समन्तभद्र Samantabhadra），曾譯遍吉菩薩，音譯為三曼多跋陀羅，漢傳佛教四大菩薩之一。是象徵理德、行德的菩薩，同文殊菩薩的智德、正德相對應，是娑婆世界釋迦牟尼佛的右、左脇侍，被稱為「華嚴三聖」。
許多日本真言宗人士認為衛護佛門的金剛薩埵是普賢菩薩化身，密教是由金剛薩埵所開創。另一說金剛薩埵為大勢至菩薩或其他佛、菩薩所示現。
藏傳佛教中的寧瑪派，認為普賢菩薩是普賢王佛的報身。
