Issue 1
Day 824 of the New World

An Introduction

Every Sunday, I will be reviewing the week's events for you. I promised this earlier in my term, and I realize I should have started earlier, but Foreign Affairs has been hectic this month. Don't worry, you'll only see two issues from me, unless the next CP wants me back, then you'll be stuck with me for even longer!

The Peace

GLaDOS announced a peace between the eUK and EDEN nations. In the four days since then, EDEN has returned all eUK regions they had once occupied. However, EDEN's war is far from over. With this peace the war only moves eastward.

The War in the East

The front is slowly moving into Eastern Europe and Asia. The Czech Republic has been wiped off the map, and eAustria has been split in two. In Asia, Sol and Phoenix have began to fight. eChina and eRussia clashed, eChina quickly received aid to fend off the eRussians, and eIndonesia invaded eThailand. In the coming weeks we will only receive more news from the fronts in Asia and Eastern Europe. Though peace may have been signed, this war is not nearly over.

Announcements

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs you! We desperately need ambassadors. If you want to help your country, jump start your political career, or just increase your knowledge of the New World, I encourage you to apply. We have a bunch of countries that aren't getting any love from our happy isle, so just PM this org with your preferred nations and I promise to get back to you in 24 hours or less. Thank you!

I would also like to introduce a new project that is about to get off the ground. Nephworks approached me about traveling to all the different eNations of the world and living there as a sort of mobile ambassador, and after a long wait I've finally been able to get this started. Nephworks first stop should be eArgentina. Lets all wish him a bon voyage. I'll be updating you on his travels periodically from this paper.

Thank you for reading this weeks Sunday Foreign Affairs.
