You're in the Army Now...

We have, as you probably know, a new structure of the Army.

In this structure, we pay crazy salaries. Specially the Pioneers: They get 10 RUB every day from the state, and more from parter and from Habra. 4epT is a good negotiator 🙂 , so now HabraReaction (which is the only Legion of Pioneers we have already) is extremely rich and is paing 19 ( 19 !!! ) RUB as salary.

Of course this model is not sustainable. If the State loses 10 RUB per day on a Pioneer, we must pay more to a Regular, and even more to an Elite. That is, about 400 RUB per every soldier in a month, which allows us an army of... well... with luck, some 250 people.

This is not the Army which I want. I want a huge army. But at this moment, I have to accept the agreement between 4epT and UncleDeD, who is still the President.

I have, however, explained 4epT the current problem. He speaks about more advantages of the "communist model". I know many disadganvates of the "communist model":
- Forces the officers to learn to manage a company instead of learn to lead.
- Forces the officers to watch productivity instead of Total damage.
- Lets the players with Construction skill aside.
- Natural units have no fixed size, some groups of friends are bigger than 10, some are smaller.
- State companies are not out there, in the capitalist world, paying us taxes.
- State companies rarify the market.
- Good soldiers are proud and many want to be free to work where they want. Have friend or an own company.
- "Capitalist" soldiers can buy themselves a company if they want.
- It is forbidden by the rules of eRespublika to fire and employee by any other reaons as productivity: How can you combine this with army companies??
- Changing leaders means selling companies, which can be a real mess if the officers are not very loyal.
- To be active and fit, you need to use multi-account or an org with many people accessing, which is dangerous in the middle term due to the "organization's hack".

In short: the communist model is in my opinion a mess and should be abandoned.

However, as long as it exists, I would like that the regulars and elite get at least as much support as the pioneers. I managed to convince UncleDeD of this.

Maybe parter decides to support the *whole* army instead of *his* HabraReaction. And maybe he declares his support even if he loses. That would be a sign of greateness and patriotism. I have made 4epT a proposal, where we reduce a bit the costs for the State, and get the support of parter. He accepted. But now, parter must accept too.
- We would give "only" 5 RUB / day to the Pioneers.
- parter would double the salary of "every" soldier, no matter if Pioneer (5) or not.

In this model the Pioneers would recieve slowly a bit less, maybe around 17 RUB.
I would give 6 to Regulars, making them win 12 + salary, which is then more than the Pioneers.
And the Elite would get 9, making them win 18 + salary.

Thanks to parter, the salaries would be better and still the State would save money compared to the current situation.

UPDATE: parter said me that he would support the whole army equally, no matter if he wins or not - bravo! However, concrete details could not be spoken.

This is not an ideal situation: These salaries are still explosivly high. What I really want is a massive Army, but apparently the supoprters of the "commie model with sponsor" do not understand that this is impossible with such salaries, and I cannot make them understand this, so... this agreement is the best I could make.

This is the most imporant thing I have been doing today.
