Join the new world

As we enjoy in real life the beauty of democracy, the ability to fire someone once they've done a bad job at leading is an amazing thing, and so to is it nice that we can enjoy that ability here in erepublik.

I've recently started playing erepublik again after a long break from the gaming world, and now as I return to this game, I return to a Canada in crisis. We're facing invasion from Poland, and economic depression. But worst of all, we find ourselves with a congress that is unable to follow the leadership of our president, and follows the rule of mob simply so they can get re-elected.

Now I announce my candidacy as a member of congress for the region of Prince Edward Island with the Canadian Progressive Front. I do this because as I return back to this game, I don't want to find myself returning back to wiped country, and a congress that will only point fingers as to who's fault it is.

I intend to follow the leadership of our president, vote against any large tax breaks so that the government will still have funds for the upcoming war, and hopefully help us get out of this mess.

Lets make this country a nice free country to be in, on the 25th you have a choice who you want to be in congress, I hope I'm one of them.
