Alright eCan basically we’re tapped out. The big guns have thrown there all.
we still have chance but we need someone to step up and be a hero.
If you think you can turn the tide, do it.
Let’s throw this in Spain’s face.
They are dead set on denying us a congress apparently, even after five months, so that tells you something.
It tells you how much they respect our nation.

The only way for Canada to have congress is to sit in the negotiation table with Spain and offer concessions, as every coutnry who fights and loses a war.
