The media is not the most important part of the game, but it can become the most interesting. When you write an article, you have the ability to write about whatever you want, you can express your feelings on a situation, you can tell other what is going on around the eWorld, you can run competitions. In the past few days, there have been a many good articles released. I want that to continue.

Write An Article, Earn Some Health
I want to see more people releasing articles, and a few new faces in the media. So I have decided to hold a competition where you can earn 100 Q1 food for writing a single article, and even better prizes for winning!

What You Must Do
The enter the competition you must release an article between days 1,785 and 1,790 in eRepublik. Here is what you must include in your article:
- Must be a minimum of 300 words.
- Must be released in the eUK(so you need eUK citizenship).
- Must include 1 image.
- Must be about eRepublik.

However, here are the things you cannot have in your article:
- Cannot be about a political party.
- Cannot be about a military unit.
- Cannot be an article written by someone else.
- Cannot copy and paste off the eRepublik wiki.

When you have published the article, you must send me a message with the article link to enter the competition. The message must be send before the start of Day 1,791. Remember to write the article between Day 1,785 and Day 1,790.

Prizes
Everyone who enters will receive 100 Q1 Food.

The info included below is only for people Level 25 or below when they enter their article into the competition.
Between Day 1,791 and Day 1,792, I will judge each article in the competition based on the quality of the writing. The top 3 articles will receive a prize.
1st Place - 10 Q7 Weapons
2nd Place - 5 Q7 Weapons
3rd Place - 5 Q7 Weapons
The top 3 will also receive the 100 Q1 Food.

The prizes will be awarded on Day 1,793, and winners will also be announced.

Get Writing
So get writing now and be prepared to publish your article between Day 1,785 and Day 1,790. You can start writing now and save your article on your computer. If you don't know what to write about then here are some ideas:
- Your opinion on the new alliance CTRL
- Your first few days in eRepublik or the eUK
- Your favourite people in the eUK
- A country in eRepublik
- An interview with someone

You can use other people's articles or the wiki for inspiration as long as you don't copy it word for word.

Don't Own A Newspaper?
If you don't own a newspaper then you can still write an article. If you want to enter the competition but don't own a newspaper you can send me the written article in a message and I might publish it in an article after the competition ends. Don't worry, I will still send you the 100 Q1 Food as long as it fits the criteria above, and you will get all the credit in the article.
