World War and our stance
Following today's article in the [a url=http://www.erepublik.com/en/a], this publication would like to strongly suggest that we remain neutral in this conflict, if at all possible.
There might be some that will think to take back our lost provinces while the bulk of Indonesia's troops are elsewhere. They do so by risking the lost of our entire country.
The best we could hope for is to bargain for some of our lands back in return for military aid. It might be hard to swallow but with our only neighbour being Indonesia, we should be safe and would at least reclaim some of our occupied territory.

I agree that hostile action with a preliminary strike in order to regain lost territory is completly \"stupid\".
We\'ll just sit here and rebuild like nice people while the world destroys itself, shall we?
Its pretty clear despite our political differences we all can agree to stay neutral.
We might not have a choice if one of our MPP allies get pulled in, but we are in no way ready for a war. No hospitals and we only just got Q4 weapons, before than not even Q3, we better hope we are on Indonesia\'s side or they are far too busy to focus on us else eSA could quite easily cease to exist.
Neutrality voted.
keep south africa growing
indonesia will protect you
We should definitely avoid open conflict with Indonesia unless the odds weigh heavily on our side. At the same time I strongly believe that our long term stance must be never to give up our claim on the occupied territories.
Neutrality would be good for us
I agree with neutrality. We\'re not set up for a war and I don\'t know if I trust the Japs to protect us. Maybe they\'ll protect the half of SA they\'re occupying but I don\'t think they\'ll care about the rest of it.
This is exactly why we should choose MPPs carefully and intelligently. Our current MPPs were most probably signed in a panic just after the start of the Indonesian war, when it was too late for them to help us. Now we\'re very possibly aligned, and without a president to call it off (until tomorrow, that is).
But thankfully you\'ll all be voting for PA on election day, who\'ve helpfully included in their manifesto a declaration to sign more MPPs with everyone and their monkey.
What the new president needs to do is call our war off as soon as possible if we\'re involved, and make MPPs with the winning side after the war, with countries than can protect us and are not dangerous to be associated with. And not too many.
