Winter storm in the Balkans

Day 2,948, 02:37 Published in Romania Romania by Raul Doru

Hello again dear readers!
As Winter Holidays are coming, it seems that we'll have an incendiary situation in eRepublik, burning where else but in the Balkans...
As the situation is developing in the present, it's likely to have 2 major campaigns in the region.

In one of the above mentioned situations, all started few days ago, with Georgia, Cyprus and then Turkey declaring war on Iran who, in turn, has approved Turkey as Natural Enemy.

Armenia also approved a NE law against Iran, but that move was made in order to help Iran keep some of its regions:

About that war you can read the official statement of Nader.ImmOrtal, the dictator of Iran:

These campaigns against Iran started and yesterday we've had some interesting battles between Iran and Turkey, many of them Epics, with Iran succeeding to defeat the Turks. Of course all the allies of both countries took part in the war, with a lot of damage spent in the respective battles. But as Iran was winning against Turkey, it is defeated on the other fronts.
And, to get things even more interesting, other countries are eager to join the show. So, today Bulgaria has proposed Turkey as Natural Enemy and, in the same time, Greece (one of Turkey's closest allies) has declared war on Bulgaria.

And the things could go even further. Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), a close ally of Bulgaria, rejected yesterday a NE law against China and now could join the events in the Balkans, maybe by making a move against Greece (will see about that in short time).

LE: As expected, Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) has proposed Greece as Natural Enemy:

Further more, maybe in order to deflect some of the pressure on Iran, Peru is currently fighting in an Air Strike in Georgia.

LE: As expected, other countries are coming to have fun in this conflict. Russia proposed a NE law against Turkey and Ukraine declared Russia as Natural Enemy:

In the next days it will be interesting to see if the war between Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece will broke out, if Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) will join it and what will be the position of other relevant countries, such as Chile (close ally of Bulgaria) or other countries in the Balkans. We will also see Asteria moves (if any), bearing also in mind that the alliance will be directly involved in the future conflict between Serbia and Croatia.

The second hot spot in the Balkans will be the future war between the main arch enemies in the region, Serbia and Croatia. After conquering Montenegro, Croatia has approved a NE law against Serbia, who returned the favor (now I don't know if Serbia proposed the law first and Croatia answered and if so, please excuse me).

If the war will go on, it is likely to see Asteria members and the allies of Serbia concentrating against Croatia in their core regions.

Recently, Hungary and Ukraine have reached an agreement/NAP (further details about it can be found in the article published in the Voice of eHungary):

Probably related to the implementation of the above mentioned NAP, Hungary proposed a NE law against Ukraine:

In another article published in the Voice of eHungary, the Hungarian government is praising the brotherhood with Poland, thanking them for the help given against Thailand, in Slovakian regions.
