It is true but sadly it is not possible to prove that he is selling cc since erepublik team accept only evidence from erepublik game and not from other sources.

Well on our end maybe but if you use ip or mac address logs it wouldn't too difficult. Also if they use product purchase information like gold buyers and or item buyers changes in that information could connect a lot of dots. Usually when erepublic says they cant prove something like this its because it doesn't affect their bottom line and infact may improve it because a national that has been financially devistated spends money. If it did hurt the business they wouldn't care where that information was coming from the perpetrator would be banned. Thats why multis are bad admins don't care that one person could pto a country they care about iep and gold generation from multis. In the case for gold for cash this improves the bottom line in the short term and these instances don't damage the game i the long run. So.in the admins view no harm no foul. Sorry for the ramble
yes but a player might move location as well and most ip addresses s anyway dynamic few is static. mac address as far as i know cannot be traced and as well people use different computers all of the time. so in the end i think time it would take to implement and police that wouldnt be worth the end result.
