Why installing a dictator is a stupid move

Day 2,655, 02:09 Published in Ireland Ireland by Releasethe Krakken

We see in some countries the folowing clever move.

a Mu is chosen that will become the dictator

unless he is left there this means every 10 days the country must cough up 200 k or 600 000 in a month.

But what if he is left there. What if we leave our trusted dictator in charge.

Can I remind us about the following 2 individuals Appleman and louman that was trusted to such a degree they become inactive right when an explanation of where is the effin money was required. How convenient.

All elections will have no effect if a dictator is appointed besides captain and party president.

This means the political module is killed off. Even if the congress takes the decisions a dictator can with impunity make any decision and take any money and go inactive whereafter 40 days he will be replaced by the 2nd commander.

More importantly this update truly kills off the game completely not because of PTO's but because you now need to be a member of another Mu to partake in these battles that will become more and more common place.

Everyone else is excluded from them so on many days only a few battles will be up.

Lastly so lets say we agree on a dictator does this mean we are free of dictators

NO!!!

Eeek eek

Revolution - preparation phase

Revolutions are campaigns against the Dictator and his supporters, aiming to restore democracy in the country. They can be started by Commanders of Military Units. The Military Unit has to be located in the country where the Dictator is in charge. The following requirements have to be fulfilled in order to start a Revolution:

1. 200,000 or more Currency on the Military Unit’s account (the starting cost)
2. The country has at least one region left
3. The current capital is not under attack
4. A Dictator has been in charge for at least 3 consecutive days
5. There hasn’t been a Revolution in the last 3 days

Like with Military Coups, if all conditions above are met, 200,000 Currency is deducted from the Military Unit’s account and a “support period” starts. This time period lasts for 3 hours and allows other Military Units in that country to support the Revolution. The decision of supporting lays on the Commanders. The action of supporting is free. If a Military Unit doesn’t support the Revolution, it’ll automatically be set to fight for the Dictator, against the ones doing the Revolution.

So after a period of 10 days a foreign MU (based in your country) can overthrow the dictator and right after this start their own dictatorship.
