The State Department is hiring Ambassadors

The State Department PARTIES HARD, yo
The State Department is hiring new ambassadors. This is a little different from the way the Ambassadors Program has operated in the past. The new system allows Ambassadors to work directly with the State Department, gain insight from the current President and Secretary of State, and show their merit and ability to work within the framework of our foreign policy agenda.
Ambassadors will be assigned on a first come first served basis. You will be expected to compile up-to-date information on the countries of the world, as well as be active on IRC in the country channels you are assigned to as well as the state channel, #us-state, as the majority of Foreign Affairs is communication.
What we will be looking for in ambassadors.
1. Communicative and friendly.
2. Active on IRC.
3. Foreign language skills.
4. A willingness to learn and discuss foreign policy.
5. Have eUS citizenship.

This is the only on staff writer we have...
I would like to have a couple people who would like to write for the WHPR each week. Your responsibilities would be one segment a week, delivered on either Tuesday or Friday for the noon eRep time release. Contact The Wild Card if you're interested. These segments could be something you come up with or be assigned, that's your call. This is probably the most freedom in a government job you'll ever had. So if you have dreamed of having a cabinet level position, without all that pesky cabinet level work, join the WHPR corps today!

With peace and understanding comes great rewards! We have recently signed into effect a Land Swap with Ireland. Cork and Wexford will be leased to the United States for a small fee and in return we get 20% bonus iron! And mother always said we never had enough in our diets... Ha! This is a temporary lease and should only be confined to Cork and Wexford. Do not attack any other Irish states!
In other news, AlbaniBro has been looting land left and right like there was some kind of riot in the Middle East... Come to think of it, most of the region is at war. Go Albania, get us some new laptops while you're at it!
