1: Interview With Wild Owl
Maxmillian VonWillebrand

Salutations from my comfy swivel chair at my desk right here in the Department of Media newsroom. Reporting to you again, I’m Maxmillian VonWillebrand, your Deputy Secretary of Media. Today we settle in for a one-on-one with the President of the eUnited States,Wild Owl to discuss the upcoming Presidential elections.

We will hear a few candid responses to a selection of questions garnered from the minds of a few select individuals (whose mental stability is still in question and under review by the IES). We will talk about policies, the administration and a surprising twist of events when the truth about a long standing question is FINALLY answered after years of debate. Anyhow, without further adieu…

We begin today’s discussion asking a rather direct, yet totally relevant question “With the upcoming elections less than a week away and no apparent official candidates to run against, you must be gearing up for your second term right?”

Wild Owl leaned forward and replied with a sheepish (yes, even owls can be sheepish) grin and said “Yes, I'm definitely gearing up and getting ready for a second month in the White House. The first month was good and the second will be even better.”

Looking at the accomplishments that this administration has made as outlined in the most recent publication of The Speaker’s Word, I would have to say that this last month has been a success for the eUnited States overall and that the country seems to be moving in the right direction with the Legislative and Executive branches working harmoniously.

I followed up with another poignant question that got Wild Owl thinking for a moment when I asked “What changes have you outlined for your second term to ensure another successful bid for PoTUS?”

Wild Owl gnawed on this question for a moment, and then came back with a response of “I think we'll focus a lot more on stabilising ourselves as a country, ensuring our growth militarily and streamlining a stable set of plans which involves easy hold of bonuses in the future.”

Moving on, we drilled down to a more question surrounding the current administration’s achievements with “Which of your current administration's policies are you most proud of and why?”

Wild Owl ruffled his feathers and proudly stated “I'm extremely proud of increasing bonuses from 60/60 to 100/80 in a month.” Rightfully so too, I thought, as most of the eAmericans who are enjoying those bonuses do also…

I decided to touch base on the military actions Wild Owl intends on aligning us with when we moved on to the next question of “With the end of TWO and an opportunity to realign ourselves into a position of power again, what is your projection for the future of the "global alliances" and with whom do you see the eUSA spooning with in the coming Winter months and into Spring?”

Wild Owl looked around at the news monitors flickering in the background, seeing all of today’s information streaming by, and said “We'll be in the anti Serb group alongside Poland, Spain, UK and Croatia.” I chimed in with “Any anti-Serb group is a good group!”

Today we wrapped up our chat with a question that I think everyone has struggled with at one time or another. With an apparent expert on the topic in-house, I asked Wild Owl to finally settle the debate of “How many licks DOES it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?”

Again, Wild Owl looked around with that sheepish grin and stated simply “Just one, if you can lick it right.” Which finally solves it, and we think the giraffe population will concur.

Thanks for taking the time to read today’s musings!!

2: AFA Failures Continue
The Wild Card

The AFA wanted to run their own congressmen this month and needed to hit the top 5 in order to do that. Well once again the US was successful at keeping these threats and terrorists out of our halls of congress. Why is this important? It allows us to keep unwanted immigrants who will want to harm our country out, keep our tax structure in place and continue to sign wonderful MPPs with our allies.

What does this success feel like?

Yep, it feels THAT good. It makes me want to dance

Good times.

3: War Map & Analysis
Mourning Star

Home Front:

Portugal… Portugal attempted to take Florida from the United States last night. Attempted and failed. For that the United States and her allies launched two attacks on Portuguese held islands in the middle of the Atlantic, the Azores and Maderia. Both battles are being fought right now at this very moment with a sense of Urgency not seen in a while from the United States. We had been at peace for so long, stockpiling… building strength, that we almost WANTED someone to attack us. Portugal…

European Theatre

Europe has been ablaze with constant fighting ever since the Brothers in Arms competition started. Serbia has been losing ground or having to defend it's territories on a daily basis. New Empires have given rise while others toppled, sometimes within hours of each other. Pure pandamonium!

4: Department of Education’s Personal Missions
TellUrGrlThx

For those players that are younger than a year old and citizens of the eUS, I strongly recommend you participate in Personal Missions. A Personal Mission is basically a task you complete by yourself and then the DoE gifts you food or CC for doing them. All that is required to receive your gifts is the filling out a simple form for each mission you do. We currently have five missions available. Three of these tasks are one time missions and the other two are daily missions. These missions can be completed daily until the next round of missions are released and a new article is published naming our newest tasks and their rewards.

So far the DoE has given out 2,760 Q5 food and 1,925 CC to players who have completed this round of missions. We have so much more to give out and we are trying our best to make it simpler for players to participate. We encourage anyone interested in participating to do so. So please fill out the form and read our latest article!

A word from Wild Owl:
"We're warring Portugal, and fighting to keep our territory at the same time. This is an ardous task that involves full cooperation from eUS citizens. I urge all of you to fight smart, and not to overkill in battles."
