Vice President Leroy Combs
Continuing to spotlight your Cabinet Departments and Leadership Team
The Vice President serves as Senior Adviser to the President, making himself available to assist the President or fill in for him at any time the President is unavailable, and relays information to the President from the various International IRC channels he monitors.
He attends Terra and Eden Alliance meetings along with the President, Secretary of State, providing opinion and advice as needed.
The Vice President also consults with the Secretary of Defense and National Security Advisers, and works with the Chief of Staff to keep the Administration working efficiently and effectively.
He is, in effect, a second President, making it possible for the presence and authority of the President to be in two (or three or ten) places at once.
Vice President Leroy Combs tells us, "I tend to defer to the tacticans and try to look at the longer term ramifications. There are a lot of really good people, particularly a lot of new people, running things this term. It is an honor to work with this many people that put their country ahead of themselves."
ONE appears to be imploding. How's it going at the top level of our Alliance?
"I think one of the most important things the next CP can work on is keeping and improving the relations between Eden and Terra. ONE's only hope is if that link/cooperation is degraded"

The timeline: Around April of 2011 until late July and early August of 2011.
As many of our elders will remember, and not so many of our noobs, there once was a time when Spain called itself brother to the United States. Being a part of EDEN, Spain was considered another part of the family.
As in many families, the individual units work together to for the good of the combined unit. Such was the case when the US decided to help our brother, Spain, by allowing them the ability to rent some of the nifty-fifty regions. This enabled them to gain access to valuable resources that were crucial to their development. Just one brother helping another.
So, why do we as Americans have such an immense hate for a nation we once regarded as family? The trouble began sometime around April 2011. Spain and Poland decided to defect from EDEN and join ONE, instead.
Many rumor that Poland gave us a fair warning before defecting and allowed us to RW any regions of ours that they had had control of. Similarly, many rumor that Spain held on to its 'rented' regions and pretended to continue to be allied with the US just to create a gateway for ONE right into the heart of the US-of-A.
Whatever you believe, the fact is that Spain, who we considered as a brother, who we rented regions to, allowing them access to valuable resources, turned their backs on us and defected from the EDEN alliance to ONE, ultimately helping Poland and Hungary to advance into our homeland.

Clippers Cheerleaders and the Hollywood Shorties, at the Anaheim Colosseum in 1988. Master of Ceremonies Billy Barty hosted the event to benefit children afflicted with severe dwarfism.

I should note I'm a former forum mod.
I'd vote Leroy/Custer
...something to do with PanAm and Brozil as I remember. Seems Spain was put off by our attention to the Amazonians, which they regularly had wars with. France was in on the deal too. Don't remember details 'cause I'm old and have better things to remember, like what time my next meds are due! xD
