The contents of this White House Press Release are:

Office of Militia Support (OMS)
The Executive Branch and the Military have agreed to work together to help support eUS militias through the OMS. In exchange for greater support, militias will now have to meet certain criteria to receive funding from the OMS, so that funding is doled out judiculously. Involved in the criteria are: the number of missions completed for eU.S. government, size of militias, member turn-over rate, and leveling. The Military will provide briefings on strategy; and the Executive branch gets reporting and verification data for oversight.
Zoli Prize for True Reporting

Sounds good on Militia Support, but I hope none of the funds given to the militias were produced by diverting money from the military.
Militia money and military money are totally separate things. Their funding has never been related and hopefully never will be.

I for one find the readable (ie concise) updates refreshing...I especially like how it doesn't seem copy/pasted and still overfull of obviously outdated info like the ones several months back did.
