Lana and Militia Funding

Commander-in-Chief Kitty lays out his new proposals

By now, everyone is aware of the impact that Lana and strength training has had on New World economies, but the eUS Government is also aware that strength matters and we risk falling behind our adversaries who use Lana on a regular basis. President Josh Frost announced earlier this week that he made two proposals to the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and our Congress. President Frost hopes that with a pilot program which gives 20 soldiers of a specified strength level half funding to train with Lana, the eUS will be able to take advantage of an eRepublik institution as long as it’s in effect. If it is approved, it will be tested and adjustments will be made to make the system even more effective and the eUS an even stronger fighting force.

President Frost, from his days as the Commander of Seal Team 6 (ST6), clearly understands the importance of eUS militia organizations in the overall war effort. He made a recent proposal to offer eUS Government funding for any loyal militia organization who meets and continues to follow established guidelines regulating what they do and how they spend eUS gold. In doing so, President Frost has made a bold step to bring the full power of the eUS population closer in sync and may enable the eUS to bring a larger military presence in support of its allies across the globe.



North American University: Register NOW

Robert Grosseteste, the new Dean of North American University (NAU), has announced NAU’s new semester, courses, professors, and a flat-rate tuition in this article. Want to learn about eRepublik history or military strategy? Do game mechanics or eRep economics confuse you? Wanna learn how to be an internet relay chat (IRC) master, study the political system, or make better eRepublik newspaper articles? Are you a newb? Fortunately, courses are available for all these needs. Register for classes here before the 27th of February (Day 830) to be enrolled. And feel free to ask Dean Grosseteste any questions you may have.
On a personal note, the Secretary of Media formerly taught Journalism101, and the Deputy Secretary is the new Journalism101 professor, so we strongly support what NAU does for new citizens and those looking to improve their gaming experience, and hope you give it a chance!



Brews for Bros Campaign

Here’s one group of bros we’re glad are on our side

In a sign of good faith for good friends, former President and current Chief of Staff Harrison Richardson and the PENIX America organization, with funding from Vice President Max McFarland 2 donated $1000 USD worth of gifts to our eSpanish allies earlier on Day 826. If we could have, we would have given our eSpanish friends some cold cervezas, but gifts were all we could do per game mechanics. We have been through so much together, and wanted to take the time to make a substantive gesture to one of our longest alliances and closest allies. ¡Viva España!



Military Becoming Self-Sufficient

Vice President Max McFarland 2 has made the eUS military not only a more potent fighting force, but a more self-sustaining force as well. His initiative has led to full self-sufficience for the Training Corps, Army, and Airborne, enabling hundreds of soldiers to work in military companies and prepare weapons for upcoming battles, while also being employed by a company who would promptly fire employees in the event of quick military deployment. More troops are now stateside and able to live in the eUS while contributing to its economy. With the Mobile Infantry the next branch getting MM2’s attention, the eUS military is on its way to controlling their entire means of production without being impacted by fluctuating market prices for goods or economic warfare against the eUS dollar.
