If you havent caught it certain rubbers will be excluded globally according to their radius

Now in Europe there is 9 regions with Rubber as resource



and



obviously their dominant military power helped these 9 countries to ascertain the very rare rubber resource.

In a list this is:

Serbia-Western Serbia
Romania-Oltenia
Bulgaria-Vidin
Croatia-North Dalmatia
Hungary-Northern Great Plains
Slovenia-Styria and Carinthia
Poland-Mazuria
Ukraine-Siveria
UK-Yorkshire and Humberside

Moving to the western most region excluding the UK I travel to Slovenia - Styria and Carinthia

Now these are our powerhouses. In the system 8 big countries could avoid each other. Everyone had a good resource in rubber no need to attack larger countries for a very rare resource.

ok so in essence all these regions is mutually exclusive. Mutually exclusive means if one of these regions get rubber none of the others can.

So these regions are all mutually exclusive.

So here we see that most countries with current full bonuses wont have full country bonus . Most will start with minus 30% so 70 possible. And we can see already that even rare would be for a large group mutually exclusive. So we drop another 20% . So at this stage our country bonus is at 50%. So then at this stage we might get the other 50% great .

But formula is Country bonus + percentage of region bonus - minus pollution (that is based on number of works not resources)

So for atleast 7 out of that countries we will have

50% + 25%(we must assume region will be close to 50😵 minus pollution(unknown)

So lets say pollution is 40%

Then its 75% - 40% = 30% bonuses in your strongest European countries.

And we are fighting crazily for these resources and piling in the gold and packs. So that Plato will nerf most of us. I for one is done fighting. After pouring so much of my own money and time in building up a decent company I'm not going to fight for a reduction in our productivity.
