Join the new world

After an unsuccesful Eden attempt to conquer Slovenia, Phoenix is now preparing to put in to use the MPP-lists activated by Croatia and especially Poland. At 12:00 eRep time, Italy, a country belonging to Entente declared war on Slovenia in order to create a land connection from Balkans to currently occupied France so Slovenia, taking advantage of their powerful MPP😒, including Serbia and Russia, can defeat Poland over their regions in France, most important of them being the region of Rhone Alps, Poland’s only source of High Wood and home to nearly 5000 Poles.

On the Southern Hemisphere of the World, Australia teams up with Eden in a direct attack companying a series of RW😒 to liberate parts of South Africa from Argentinian occupation.

In a bid to preserve the biggest babyboom ever in the history of eRepublik, Poland attacked Germany during holidays, used the invasion in promoting the game and ultimaly got over 50,000 new citizens and succeeded in conquering Germany. At the same time on the other side of Western Europe, Spain returned the favor to France, who managed to conquer Spain totally during the Great North American War. In the midst of their campaigns, these two nations created a war between each other and used it to tactically block Phoenix nations during the invasion and after both nations completed their campaigns, the war served as a way to share the occupied regions more evenly to help counter the Resistance Wars, and to get Poland to Rhone Alps, a region with lush forests.
Therefore Poland got the region, and no when they activated several powerful MPP😒, Phoenix will take advantage of it’s location right next to Italy.

Italy, who belong to the minor alliance called Entente, will allow Phoenix to use their regions to get to Poland’s regions. Entente curiously isn’t aligned to neither of the two mega-alliances, but cooperates with both of them depending on the situation.
Ukraine for example has very close ties with Romania nevertheless they are also members of Entente, and they fought furiously for France to save it from being invaded by Spain. Italy is now making a deal with Phoenix, and it profits both parties as Rhone Alps is likely to be liberated to France, making Entente stronger, and in return Phoenix will weaken Poland by taking away their source of Wood.
Poland, possessing no High regions of their own, is actively looking for colonies to be captured so they can extract high resources, and they are currently possessing grain in occupied Berlin and Wood in the aforementioned Rhone Alps. They failed to get Iron from Brazil as Phoenix was able to topple the attempt, and today there has been written a highly acclaimed and voted Polish article, which also reached top-5 international, promoting an idea to attack Southern America’s smaller nations in order to get Oil. If Rhone Alps is lost, Conquering Colombia would offer a solution to get both Wood and Oil, and Peru, who is controlled by a Polish shadow government, could then be easily merged in to the Polish empire.

Poland, growing stronger and stronger every day, could also allow easement to Eden if they could get access to Asia now when Croatia’s chances are yet again futile. Poland, with serious Allied support could possibly defeat Serbia and Hungary over their Iron regions. and Phoenix has already taken this in to account by giving Inner Mongolia to Serbia, a country Poland currently has no war with, sealing Heilongjiang inside very strong Phoenix enclaves.

A Phoenix advance expected to occur near midnight on day 851 eRepublik time didn’t however happened most likely due to the series of RW😒 launched in South Africa, regions Phoenix will be very keen to hold on to. Especially now when the new hospital rule has come in to effect and the kamikaze-tactic is obsolete, Phoenix will have a daunting job in tanking if they face a determined resistance in the end of the battle.

Hungary to join?

Phoenix has to be careful with their MPP😒, as it is proven that Eden isn’t afraid of going to take action if they are given the chance. Right now it seems Italy is the one to attack Slovenia to give them initiative, as they have signed a MPP with Hungary and Phoenix is counting it is enough to keep Spain from attacking Italy. Slovenia made peace with Hungary during the invasion, and a MPP was proposed, but it was denied by the congresses of both countries, implying Phoenix Headquarters invented this plan back then and decided to synchronize the MPP😒 so every country is safe from invasion but they can still attack each other without exposing to danger.

After Italy eventually cancels out their MPP😒 by attacking Slovenia, Slovenia can be transferred to the borders of Rhone Alps and an attack is likely to happen instantly. However the rest of Polish controlled regions are out of reach for Slovenia, and as Slovenia can not beat Spain due to them having no MPP😒 against Spain, a possibility opens for Hungary to be transferred to the middle of Europe to challenge Spain over French and German regions much like they did against Sweden after Sweden conquered Germany during the final days of ATLANTIS.
Spain can effectively cut down Slovenian advances further in to France, but if Hungary decides to join, the entire Western Europe will turn in to a massive battlefield. Spain and Hungary are both strong countries, and seeing them in one-to-one combat would surely be entertaining and stimulating for the world economy. France and Germany are both large countries with lots of regions to play chess with, and it can’t be forgotten that Spain, Poland and USA have wars between them opening up a whole new dimension of strategic possibilities, and excessive land swaps including the United States could occur if the war for Western Europe escalates. This however is too distant to analyze clearly today, as the tactical options for both sides are endless and it is a possibility that Phoenix will settle for Rhone Alps for a short while until they create a bulletproof plan to liberate the rest of the occupied countries of Germany and France.

Eden targets South Africa.

After two failed attempts from Australia to gain foothold in South Africa, the Australian president finally finished reading “Basic military tactics in eRepublik” and sended a bloke to start a Resistance War in KwaZulu-Natal before attacking it. This move will prevent Argentina from retreating the battle and giving Brazil the chance to attack it, and now combined with a series of RW😒 started by Eden, Argentina faces a total of five fronts to defend.

Eden decided to cooperate with Australia after Australia pickered from lack of support in their futile attempts to push Argentina and Brazil out from the Southern tip of Africa. A series of three RW😒, one in Limpopo, and the latter two in Eastern and Western Capes was started, and Allied troops quickly pulled the wall in Limpopo, an Argentinian fortress region, to deep underground. The RW😒 in both Capes are likely to be started just to suck Argentina’s damage.
Eden is racing against the clock to liberate South Africa before congressional elections are held, to make it possible for South Africa to retain 66% of the congress and impeach the goon president who rose in to power after a very sneaky TO, and then retreated the entire nation to Argentina and Brazil, making Eden’s successes vain. South Africa will control 3 Titanium regions in the future, making the country very important in V2. Therefore it’s essential for both sides to try and keep the other one from controlling South Africa’s vast natural resources.

Limpopo seems to be the main target, as determined Eden armies have pulled the wall there to nearly 400,000 points underground.
