Wellness in V1

As I am sure everyone has noticed. Wellness works a differently in V1 than it did in Beta.

As you can see, with a higher wellness you need a wellness gain of between 3 and 4 each day just to offset the loss from working in a Q1 company and training. Since we don't have affordable Q2 or higher houses in South Africa your only other options are higher quality food or gift circles.
If you don't take note of this you will very quickly find yourself dropping in wellness to more moddest levels of around 50 or 60 percent. This will also negatively affect all companies productions so I urge everyone to take corrective actions soon.
