The Gift companies worth no upgrade.
WHY?
Because a user is allowed to receive maximum 10wellness/day, even they are 10xQ1 gifts, or 5xQ2 gifts, and also 2xQ5gifts or any other combination.
The Company quality coefficient for Gifts productivity is: 1 / Company quality, so there is no worth for for an upgrade.
Disadvantages:
- more wellness consumed by the employees
- it costs a lot of gol
- the price on the market will not be presented as one of the first best prices, only if that company want to dump the market.
Also there are some advantages of the upgrades:
- the upgraded gifts are easy to handle by the small inventories.
- the company has some more green stars lightened
- if the owner is a lazy one, it's easy to set a price for 999 gifts, and than go to holidays
Conclusion: The upgrades of the gift companies only make the employees consume more wellness for nothing, and also in the long run, they will produce lesser. But also if the employees are eager to have a good wellness, they automatically will sustain the Gifts market somehow.

hm... cred ca acelasi lucru se poate spune despre orice companie de Finished Goods in momentul de fata de pe piata romaneasca... Toata lumea te stie drept un economist bun, eliberator (sper sa nu fi inteles eu gresit)... ma asteptam la o analiza amanuntita.

mobby: the idea should be clear. The maximum allowable wellness to receive on a day is 10wellness, even it is 10q1 gifts, both 5q2 gifts, so that's why I said that it's no worth an upgrade for GIFT Companies.
the best would be that the gifts should be calculated as RAW MATERIALS.
But Gifts are not RAW MATERIALS 😃
You can always go and pick your own flowers, or rather, pluck a Toshiba
