Yesterday the greatest tank of all time traveled to eSweden. The land of stubborn people who still think we can do a difference in this game by fighting for our allies.
Euphonix has showed interests in eSwedish politics and joined the second largest party in eSweden - FRONT. We are of course delighted to see such a prominent and honorable character as Euphonix willing to help out eSweden. Thank you!
In our media lately there has been announced that an internal voting in FRONT has been held to replace the current Party president Fenrisulven. Should he step aside then the new Party president of eSwedens second largest political party would be no one less than you Euphonix! Yes, congratulations on such a quick career!
How ever the citizens in eSweden has began to wonder about your true intentions.

Since Swedes are stubborn but yet cautious souls we have taken precautions:

"I've divorced from my cow! Hah!" - Misho, with one cow less in his stable.
"Hah! I've revealed Princess Leias position to the Dark Side so now we can watch porn while the Emperor and his gang torture Princess Leia in a galaxy far far away from us!" - Bertil Gurkvatten.
"Hah! We have talked to FRONT and Fenrisulven and he won't step down as long as Euphonix or some other PEACE soldier is here to intervene.
We will also create an Anti Political Take Over list with candidates from all parties and use ordered and disciplined Voting. And of course we will search for support from our friendly nations to help resist a hostile Political Take Over attempt." - Anonymous
Personally I would like to inform Euphonix that eSweden has always been against Political Take Overs as a weapon in this game. When its used as in the cases of Turkey, Serbia and Croatia it only hurts the game we all play.
A military attack gives the targeted country a chance to fight back, stretching her resources and be all she can be in this game. In many cases it attracts new players to a game that desperately need to grow if we want to play it also tomorrow.
A political take over and a deliberate destroyed economy make people quit the game. Its an attack you can't fight against. You can't do more than vote and ask your friends for help.
eSweden managed to plant a spy in eGermany who six months later became President in eGermany. But we never send voting corps. He was elected by the citizens in eGermany. We are not proud of everything we have done but we are proud that that is the only thing we have done that can come close to a PTO.
Instead we have sent Anti PTO Squads more or less every elections since this cancer started to appear in eRepublik. I myself have argued for Citizenship for ten months now!
We have helped the newly founded Baltic states, south American countries and of course our allies when they have been attacked.
eSweden or a group of eSwedes have never gained gold or currency from a newly created country. We where never part of those actions. We fought against them!
PEACE vs USA, Canada and allies are great fights. The sides are quite evenly matched and the fights are often decided with less than 20 000 points.
That is what you, or I, could tank.
Will it be more fun and more challenging if we remove eSweden from the battle field by conquering her congress in another Political Take Over?
The Nordic Countries in eRepublik need more players, not less. Norway is struggling, Denmark, Sweden, Finland. The players in these countries are important customers for the game we all play, love and hate.
Fight us, but fight us like a warrior and not by taking our democracy away from us. We deserve better than that, you deserve a role better than that!

I Kroatien har de tryckt 400k HRK. De har även donerat alla skatteinkomster, så kan säkerligen räkna med att Kroaten har blivit bestulna på en bra bit över en halv miljon inhemsk valuta. Total katastrof för Kroatien, och vi vill inte se det hända Sverige..

I guess there are always 30german citizens that vote in the last 30mins, and luckily this time they all voted for the same candidate, lulz
Simontornyai Lackfi Nandor, he candidate for presidency on several occasions we could have sent in voting squads any time - but we didn't.
Let's look at Februarys election with Nolan Pitler and Isy, one falsely accuesed to be a spy and the other one banned from the German forums for having a different opinion.
eGerman president candidates the last months have been dominating by:
- Nolan Pitler, now living in Peru working together with Kalle Holm.
- Isy, banned from the eGerman forums, now living in eCanada and fights for them.
- Shoot, MoD in eSweden.
- Starkard Rorlikson, Party President in eSweden.
Just look for yourself from February until today. One of them had to win, in fact they all did I think.

Kape himself admitted that Sweden dispatched voters to Germany, and I saw it happen in real-time as shoot received 30+ votes in the final minutes of the election:
"Shoot came up as one of two candidates in Germany for presidency and finally only needed a minor "push" from our voting corps as several germans supported his election platform consisting a peace with Sweden."

I don't know why the extra votes, Misho. Up until that last "push" I remember that shoot and Gobba were neck and neck. Anyway, this is all water under the bridge now. I would like to see reconciliation between Sweden and Germany, but with the current German administration trying so hard to anchor Germany in the PEACE camp my impression is that this will not happen for a long time, if ever

Then you must not be aware of the group of eSwedes who tried to Take-Over eBolivia when it was created last month to steal its gold and currency.
They failed, but because another more organized group, of Poles this time, succeeded. So, technically, you're right, they didn't gained gold of currency from a newly created country. But not because they didn't try to.

Maybe. But the author of the article stated that no group of eSwedes had attempted such actions. And Kalle Holm isn't exactly a random Swedish citizen.
And why shouldn't I wonder whether or not this was an action organized by eSweden to replenish its coffers depleted by the war in Germany, for instance? Was there even any condemnation by eSwedes or eSweden against the vile actions of these citizens?
Be sure that I'll hold a grudge against eSweden for this.

you can add more Swedes to that list also. Who also voted against the PTO in Bolivia.
But okay, I stand corrected. Some Swedes, less than ten, where part of an international group trying to steal the gold. But even more others where there to protect Bolivia, including Swedes like Kalle Holm.
Not to mention what Gustavius and his friends have done for helping newly started eCountries to keep their gold. He has been the perhaps most prominent Anti Take Over player in this game, when he with very little resources have worked hard with media articles, moving tickets, pledges and you name it to prevent Take Overs.
There were more swedes in bolivia voting against the PTO than there were who voted for it. And the part of the PTO that the swedes were part of failed horribly. I haven't seen any PEACE countries working actively against PTOs against newly formed countries. Mostly they are too busy PTOing their opponents, which makes it hard for us to stop PTOs of small countries because we have to defend out own ones first. Accusing sweden of PTOing is like pissing in your own sea of piss

Maybe *you* should check your facts. Indeed Kalle Holm *stated* that he was there to prevent the TO . But it's quite easy to verify that he was there *for* the TO since he was *one of the candidates* of the TO party. You just have to check the election results to verify it.
And if I listed less than ten names, that's because I only searched in the list of candidates, and only mentioned those who were obviously from Sweden. Of course, this was only a part of the persons involved.
Yes, I know that the organizers of the TO pretended publicly in other places to be there to prevent it, while at the same moment they were running as TO candidates, and admitting in the Bolivian news and in the Bolivian IRC channel that they were there to steal the gold. It's not my fault if you bought in their lies.
And the actual support (people coming to vote against both TOs, the Swedish and the Polish) came from PEACE countries., Syndonomous Kain. Mostly from other Latin-American countries, with some Indonesian and Turkish help.

Besides, I find TOs of new countries to steal their gold and currency especially despicable.
Not only, contrarily to other countries, they aren't organized and lack allies to help defend them against the TO, but also, by definition they can't have harmed any other country, and aren't enemies of anybody. So, it's just theft on an easy target.
Finally, it ruins them for a long time, given that the gold and currency represent the equivalent of months of their tax income (and of course, their currency is destabilized for a long time while the thieves play with it on the Monetary Market).
