Welcome Message
This is the current welcome message of India:
http://www.erepublik.com/en/India/law/15834
I would like to make some observations, which could help to improve it:
1. The problem with mentioning concrete persons and positions in a welcome message is that the welcome message must be changed every time one of those positions changes. This is not very comfortable. It is better to avoid mentioning concrete current situation in the welcome message.
2. Telling a newborn that he will have to work hard, and be persistent and loyal, may not be the best idea from the point of view of marketing. It may be better to win his loyalty during his life, with support and friendship... and to accept also citizens who are not so persistent, nor to hard working because hey, everything sums: They also pay taxes and consume food.
3. Links can be made clickable. There are some problems with this but I can contact with experienced people and show some source codes used already. It is possible and it should be used. You can also contact with the Presidents of the biggest countries who are friendly towards yours and contact though them their experts.
4. A link to the current situation is always a good idea. This link should lead to a place the Government can change easily, like a wiki page ("Starting your life in India"), a dedicated newspaper (whose last article is always a current description of the current situation) or even a dedicated article in the general official newspaper (BTW do you have official press in India? - you should!): then the responsible can change this concrete article every time needed.
5. Give a link to a tutorial, and a link to the support service (if any - and you should have an official one!), in the beginning of the message.
6. Recommend to save the message or bookmark the links, as youngsters may have problems later to find it.
The welcome message is of vital importance. As we all know, child mortality is very high, and it derives from children being psychologically frustrated, which severely damages their bodies.
I hope this helps.

Thanks a ton buddy. Yes we have most of the mentioned items, the official papers, and all. We are working on a eIndia FAQ at the moment as well, and Internal Affairs India and a group of 'Citizen Mentors' take care of almost all new Citizens. However on the whole yeah I agree the Welcome message needs polishing. I have the codes btw, to add links and all. I'll talk to the Prez and work on this after the elections are dealt with. Thanks for your active feedback! Looking forward to more! Cheers!

If you have official newspapers, I would like to know which. Thank you.
Great to see new ideas coming up, and our official newspapers are -
Presidents' ~ <a href="http://www.erepublik.com/en/newspaper/a-patriot-s-word-198030/1" target="_blank">http://www.erepublik.com/en/newspaper/a-[..]30/1</a>
Defense - <a href="http://www.erepublik.com/en/newspaper/indian-armed-forces-181813/1" target="_blank">http://www.erepublik.com/en/newspaper/in[..]13/1</a>

These are the most important ones, for further info you can ask any of the active guys lying around here and there.

Hmm. Moredan gogogo!
Hmmm... well i wud like to see the change in anycase
@Akash Verma: Thank you very much!
However, I must observe something: Private newspapers are not official and should not be linked in the welcome message. The personal paper of a President is *not* official because the President can be another person in the future, and you do not want to have to change the link in the Welcome Message.
People with high positions should write important things exclusively in public newspapers, so that the citizens can subscribe to them and remain subscribed and informed even if the whole Government changes.
This newspaper seems perfect for articles with introductions for youngsters (and immigrants) about India:
