At the moment, my company Hellsing Arms is the only provider of weaponry of any quality to your nation. It is said that a wise man in peace prepares for war, and I seek to aid you in these preparations. My proposal is simple. I ask that you reduce your weaponry taxes so that Hellsing armaments may remain cheap on your marketplace. Should you reduce these taxes by 50% at least, I will gladly ensure that no Hellsing weapon is placed upon the market for a price more than 10 times its quality level. Thus any Q2 weapon shall go no higher than 20 NLG, Q3 30 NLG. Q4 40 NLG, etc.
You need weaponry, and I am more than happy to supply it. Allow me to make a modest profit, and I will ensure that cheap, effective weaponry remains upon your markets.

You are not the only weapon industry in our country.
we have some weapon companies that will bring their stock at the start of the war.
this helps Soldiers to stay alive so they can fight in IMPORTANT wars. because there is (almost) noone who goes to a battle without a gun.
It is like Meadow says, we have our own weapon companies that are stocking their weapons.
But we could consider lowering the taxes on weapons. But as I see now you are already providing Q2 weapons for 20 NLG. And if we will lower our taxes we will only raise your profits and your company will buy more gold with our NLG.
But maybe we can find some deal.
It is good for a country to have stocks of weapons. People from rivalling countries can't buy our 'cheap' weapons and Dutch military has weapons available when needed. I support the government in that.
It is a good initiative however and the Dutch government should consider this for the regular Dutchmen who don't get their weapons supplied by the Dutch government or who are freelancing their way in this war-infested world...
Yes, the general idea of owning a business is to make money, otherwise you lose money, and then your business. Anyone who claims to not wish to make a profit is either stupid or lying. The point of this article is that if you allow me to make an increased profit, your markets will in profit from my production of cheap, effective weaponry.
40NLG for Q4 sounds like a good deal here in the eNetherlands at this point.
We should indeed consider to lower the import tax on weapons. A short inquiry shows that the Dutch weapon companies have approximately 150 weapons in stock. This will not be enough to defend our country in case we are attacked.
