Hello eCanadians,
Do you want to serve eCanada?
This is your opportunity to become a mentor now!
We all know eCanada needs a baby boom. But we also know a baby boom is useless if none of the babies stick around and participate. So to get ourselves ready for the eventual baby boom we have initiated the Mentorship Program, where experienced players make contact with new players to offer help, to make friends, and the most important of all, to make them stay.
eFrance once had a spectacular baby boom during the summer, and they also had spectacularly failed on getting them to stay. How will we fare when our baby boom eventually comes? It's in yours hands.

Nous savons tous que l'eCanada a besoin d'un baby boom. Mais nous savons également qu'un baby boom serait inefficace et inutile si aucun de nous jeunes citoyens ne restent et ne participent. Donc pour nous préparer à un éventuel baby boom, nous avons instauré le Programme de Mentorat à travers lequel des joueurs expérimentés pourront prendre contact avec de nouveaux joueurs pour leur offrir de l'aide, pour devenir des amis, et le plus important de tout, pour qu'ils restent dans l'aventure!
L'eFrance a déjà eu un baby boom spectaculaire durant l'été, mais l'échec était d'autant plus spectaculaire qu'ils n'ont pas réussi à les retenir. Comment agirons-nous quand nous vivrons notre baby boom? Le sort est entre nos mains.

i'd be happy to be a mentor
I wouldn't mind being a mentor. Only problem is it's not really 'in our hands' if they stay or not. You can teach someone everything, be the best friend they ever had. But if their not interested or get bored, there is nothing you can do.
Alot of people are just not into this kind of game. No matter what, I doubt we would fare much better then France. It's known that if 100 people join, only about 10-20 of them will stay longer then a week. Then that drops to about 5 who will stay for longer then a month. It's just a fact.
I am a mentor, and can tell my fellow Canadians that is is a worthy program. You are not just helping out a handful of newbs. You are helping all of Canada. Please join up. Thanks.
