Hello Brazil,

I am the President of Indonesia, writing for you addressing our conflict in Eastern Cape, looking to end this and improve our relationship. We did great together achieving our goals, so lets end our problem here so we could carry on.

First of all i need to inform you that we waited for very long until Brazilian officials agree to the plan and then we proceed. We never know that the people and congress are against this plan until we excecute it, when we already proceed according to plan. There are agreement that we will liberate Eastern Cape and Western Cape after we get to our real goals, but the plan are stopped before that, and we end up taking only Eastern Cape and the condition to liberate it has not meet. Myself has no intention to keep it as the original plan was to liberate it, so if only the gov ask nicely, perhaps a little good words to our people for the failure of this plan, but the fact that full support in EC RWs while RW-ing 3 other regions shows the gov are against that kind of thing.

I believe my people can't help but to think of retaliation for this, but the real intention are to improve relationship, and i trust most Brazilian people are wiser, so as the President i ask Indonesian people to just let this go, and think positively, we had taste deer for a while, we had good fight to excite us, none of our invaded regions are liberated, and we will regain Brazil as friend. So now respecting whole Brazilian people, CoT, and the real plan, as my act of apology for this problem between Brazil and Indonesia, i announce that Eastern Cape will be Liberated by my approval as the President of Indonesia. Lets forget about this and continue to be good and better ally to support each other in future.
