PEACE propagandists crow a lot these days. They like to claim that resistance is useless. Which of course makes them sound like the Borg.
With jaded and tiresome tirades, they insist they're the world's Mommies out to teach everybody a lesson on how to "play nice". Pffft.
Well, let them can crow all they want. The real strategy of the PEACE bigshots has been laid bare for all to see in recent weeks: world domination, gobbling up resources, destroying nations and, ultimately, turning on each other.
The thing is, it won't be easy to dislodge the occupiers. They may be doomed in the end, but for now they've got money, troops and an experienced general staff that should be respected. So... the resistance is busy these days, too. Creating lines of communication, uniting forces, gathering up strength, planning, and waiting to seize the right opportunities to strike.
Fact is, it will take every means at our disposal -- and some new thinking -- for freedom-loving forces to turn the tide. That means:
* Learning from past mistakes, as well as past successes.
* Respecting each other. Respecting yourself. And yes, respecting the enemy.. tactically. While treating him with strategic disdain.
* Autonomous resistance forces need to work with the governments, and with each other. And unite on the basis of common principles and effective strategies.
* Leave aside narrow ideological arguments. Leave aside ego trips.
The resistance needs to take the political and military initiative away from the enemy.
What can you do?
* Earn cash and spend it to stockpile weapons for the resistance.
* Sap the strength of enemy companies by working at low wellness and moving on.
* Set up a company behind enemy lines. Pay minimum wage but donate goods to the resistance.
* Study and learn about military strategy in eRepublik.
* Join a resistance organization.
* Support and promote all types of resistance. Be a leader.
