V1 = A huge bug + dissapointment
500 people online and the servers time out, can not send messages because the security code does not work, the donations button is missing...
As for the stupid quiz game... Some questions are taken out of context, some have multiple answers, but the game recognises only one, some are misspelled, but that is just a minor problem. Not even the fact that it takes away all the fun of the game does not matter that much. The real problem is that NOT ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE GAME CAN READ/WRITE IN ENGLISH!!!!! The 20 seconds for an answer is not enough for a non english speaking person to understand the question!!!!!!!!!
I think my English level is medium, but for some questions I didn't have time to even read all the answers...
Since we can not report bugs to admins due to the security code (captcha) not working, write your problmes here and vote the article to make it visible...
Later: Raw materials suck as well. I received 1000 diamonds, probably like all other companies, and they are already gone. I'm not sure, but I think a worker uses about 8 diamonds to make a q2 gift. That is outrageous! Imagine what will happen with the prices!!!!!!
Even later: People who lost all their items also report that they only have 10 inventory slots!!! We should all have 50 slots for one month!!!!!!

- i hate the interface, it` UGLY, CHILDISH, full of colors and BIG BIG ICONS and BIG BIG TEXT
- I hate the trivia module at all, if I wanna play trivia or conquistador I can chose another place, there are tons.
- I hate all the errors the site returns, starting from inventory and ending with marketplace, training, working, etc.
- I hate that in the SUBSCRIPTION area i cannot just delete and old notification about an article. The only option is tu unsubscribe.Well, i just want to delete a 3 moths old notification, not to unsubscribe.
- Of course, this site is crawling, not running. If admins would love ten of thousands of new players to buy gold for real euros. Why the hell theirs servers are knelt by just some 600 online players.
All this bugs and all this problems makes me wonder..why the hell was this BIG DISAPPOINTMENT released?

It was a huge mistake to release this version witch was not prepared yet for this.

the sad thing is that nobody seems to listen us. i mean after 8 hours of continous user screaming there is no message whatsoever from the admins...
People.. Could you please have some patience, I am sure the developers are working hard to iron out the bugs and make the servers stable.
I like the Trivia, here's a thing that can make you smarter for a change.

V1 e plin de buguri. contine tot ce vrei de la erori de design, trece prin erori de baze de date si framework(sf) si ajunge pana la erori pe server. designul e web 2.0 ceea ce este ok dar in afara de timpul de incarcare al paginilor care este dependent si de durata de executie a queriurilor un alt factor care incetineste foarte mult e rularea in paralelor a jquery si prototype. ca web developer am invatat ca nu e recomandabil aproape niciodata sa fie folosite ambele. cat despre itemurile pierdute se pot recupera daca s-a facut un backup inainte de trecerea la v1. cu toate ca acum jocul "sux" sunt de parere ca in cateva zile situatia se va remedia (sper din tot sufletul sa am dreptate ca altfel trec si eu la alceva)

My weapons, houses and moving tickets disappeared, i always get 404, 500 and some other notices from the hell... circumflexes gone wrong....well, V1 at this stage is a king of chaos + cheating

- it is a stupid quiz game
- it takes away all the fun of the game
- takes you too much time

I think I will say a big NO to v1. Sorry guys...
It seems that this version works fine with Google Chrome, but Firefox has big problems.
Surely, i will not quit to Firefox for this game.
For me, the worst BUG is that I lost my Q4 house. I really worked for that house (I payed ~800 RON for it) ...
Indeed, a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT ... why didn't they postponed the "BIG RELEASE OF V1" to have more time to remove these nasty bugs?

ohooohooo... pentru faptul ca ma pregatisem impreuna cu 2 amici sa ne facem o firma.. si din cauza bugurilor nu putem crea SO-ul... am hotarat ca ne vom lasa de joc daca nu se vor fixa aceste inconveniente. mai ales pt ca alte SO-uri infiintate in beta au fost privilegiate, acestea putand sa isi inceapa activitatea azi. nu vreau sa ma trezesc ca nu am de unde sa iau angajati mai tarziu. nu mai spun ca am platit cu card sa cumpar gold. Cred ca sant multi in situatia noastra si uitati cum santem rasplatiti.
Singurul caz in care as mai juca ar fi sa se incarce backup cu datele de la oprirea versiunii beta si bineinteles repararea bugurilor intai de toate...

Our inventory is lost, site is not stable, 20 seconds for trivia questions which is not enough for non-english speakers, those GIANT BUTTONS, etc... I'm completely dissapointed!

I like V1 and the quiz game very much. But I want to see the activity of people etc. What they have sent to others, if they have voted etc. Server is quite loaded too.
Erepublik just DIED with V1 , this is not functional and not a real v1 as it should be. i'm very dissapointed as you all are

If you dont like V1, leave. I myself like it. Its more of a game with a challenge. As for the bugs, Its brand effin new. There are always kinks in never before used programming. In time they will work them out and I believe it will be a great new-age social networking website. So those of you who do not like V1, quit whinning. You are ruining the experience for the rest of us. If you have serious issues with certain bugs, report them to someone who can fix it. Otherwise, quit your bitchin!

Okay, aurul acela a fost vandut, am primit mesajul cu oarece intarziere. Insa cei 0.77-0.78 Gold tot nu sunt nicaieri... Propun ca banii si aurul sa fie aratati cu 3 zecimale, pentru a nu mai fi nevoie de o rotunjire atat de mare.

Yeah, I had plenty of food, and a weapon, and a house - ALL gone. And I subscribe to the quiz problem - not only it is harder for non-native English speakers to read them fast enough, but most of the questions are economical (elastic, inelastic demand crap). I'm an engineer, I couldn't care less about that.
sunt schimbari mari aici, decent mi s-ar fi parut sa fim anuntati de ele, cum ar disparitia lucrurilor din inventar (de exemplu case scumpe, arme scumpe, etc).

the disappearing of the houses for sure is a bug: some users have the houses, the others haven't.
also with the other items from the inventory is a big problem: at least I want to chose what items to keep: for sure i will keep the weapons , and i'll buy again the food if this will be the situation from now (only 10 items in the inventory)

NU este web 2.0 Degeaba are ajax, design 2.0, look 2.0, daca nu are pic de utilitate/eficienta in pagina. De fapt, asta aduce 2.0: cresterea eficientei in ceea ce priveste modul in care informatia ajunge la tine.
Am lucrat 3 luni, aproape zi de zi, mi-am luat casa Q4, arme, mancare din belsug, am trecut la un salariu bun la o firma ce avea disponibilitati in bani destule. De 2 zile nu mai am nimic in inventory, mi-am transformat o parte din aur si mi-am luat iar casa Q4. Firma la care sunt angajat a ramas fara bani, nu pot munci dimineata ci pe la pranz, cred ca proprietarul face eforturi sa ne poata plati. Dgeaba am si casa Q4 la loc, mancare, welness-ul scade.
Cat mai dureaza balciul asta?

one of the problems with the v1 regards to the new human resources system. Employers can post job offers regardless of their ability to pay for their employees. Yesterday I took a job offer at a newly formed grain company for 15 USD. Today I tried to work at that company but guess what, I wasn't able to! Because the company didn't have any money. They hired 28 people this way and none of their employees were able to work because of the same reason...
The problem here is that you cannot resign wihout waiting 72 hours! I understand putting limitations on resignations. But employers should be able to resign without time limitation if and when the company doesn't have funds to pay their salaries. Right now I cant work, I can't resign and so I can't take another job offer. That s not fair.

I think we shouldn't be so harsh on criticizing v1 as it has some really cool features and a very nice layout. But it s got some problems aswell and they need to be fixes asap
