USA - what just happened?
After the events of Hungary and Indonesia leaving PEACE, USA had a thought and though how can we top this!
Remember that time when the USA got invaded and was on the brink of collapse!!
Portugal said they would sign an NAP with the USA, well the current CP of USA forgot to pay the 100gold a month agreement.
4.B The USA has a thirty (30) day period from the most recent payment to make the next one. Failure will result in a violation of the contract agreement"
"5.A Violation of the contract agreement warrants a single fine of 5,000 GOLD from the offender to the offended."
The USA now has to give payment of 5000 gold to Portugal![
