Treaty between eFrance and eHungary, concerning the transfer of the region Rhone-Alps to eFrance

1.a Both the eFrench and eHungarian parties acknowledge the sovereignty of eFrance above the region of Rhone-Alps, now under eHungarian administration.
1.b Both the eFrench and eHungarian parties acknowledged any previous treaties and agreements about the usage of this region as void.

2.a For materializing the eFrench sovereignty over the region, the parties agree to transfer it to eFrance.
2.b The region transfer is to be made by a single Resistance War (RW).
2.c Starting of the RW should be paid by eFrance.
2.d Prior to the starting of the RW, eFrance should transfer 400 gold (and 1000 gold when the battle will be won by eFrance) as compensation to the eMagyar Nemzeti Bank (the state bank organization of eHungary).
2.e The RW can be started at a time, mutually agreed by the Presidents of the parties, between 2 August, 2010, 9PM GMT and 5 August, 2010, 7AM GMT.
2.f eHungary takes the responsibility of the success of the RW. If it is unsuccessful because of any reason, eHungary shall launches another RW within 12 hours from the end of the precious one, at her own expenses.
2.g If the RW is unsuccessful because of the evidenced intervention of third power(s), eHungary has an option to organize the immediate transfer of the region in other ways at her own expenses.

3.a After the region is successfully transferred to eFrance, the parties have no duties to each other concerning this issue.
