Both parties of this agreement recognize the independent Germany which consists of (Baden-Wurttemberg, Bavaria, Brandenburg, Hesse, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein*, Thuringia)

*which will ever be German, but under Swedish government as a special treaty orders.

ENGLISH
The Congress of ePoland strongly believes that a contract which was signed about a month ago with eGermany, as null and void. Also, it calls on the president to begin procedures to nullify the contract under eRepublik contractual agreements.

Part 4 of the contract clearly state which regions of eGermany are supposed to be a part of the country itself. By signing the contract, ePoland understood that Schleswig-Holstein is a region under the administration of Sweden. Starting a resistance war in this region and supporting it, the eGerman government is in direct violation of part 4 of the contract.
