Now, you all may know the Notorious General Samoht Resyk of the Training Corps. What you all may not know is that he has been misusing his power and provoking enemies using a new system called "Cookie Warfare"!

Definition of Cookie Warfare: The distribution of cookies to TC troops and officers to throw at enemies.

This warfare has been sought in many battles throughout General Sam's reign on the Training Corps. Our troops have badly damaged enemy morale due to the throwing of cookies due to the fact that they hurt like a b*tch when they hit.

Reminder: This type of warfare is only used within the Training Corps and shall only be using by the Training Corps at any given time. Any soldier from any other military branch using this type of warfare shall be executed w/out due process of law under the supervision of General Samoht Resyk and Lieutenant General Blondeninja.
