Hey guys, we won! Time for the Pistols for Pandas Dance!

The Department of Fun requests all americans say hi to someone who admitted on IRC that he spammed the pistols for pandas application in an attempt to make the program fail

While this may or may not be true, its always nice to be friendly with other citizens on erep, regardless of allegiance or citizenship 😃

Distribution

The distribution over the last couple days was pretty intense. We switched from using the eUS forums...to using a google doc...to using IRC...to using our canadian bros forums... thanks to a lot of "technical difficulties'

To make it even more interesting, I was running this with a whole new team of distributors than with previous ones, and man did they take the ball and roll with it.

While everyone loves to give me credit for stuff all of the time, these guys were the heart and soul of this times operation (I was busy with RL stuff, so while I did help a bit - I got stuck with more of an administrative role than I would have like...darn you holidays getting in the way of the eUSA military campaigns!), and were all doing this for the first time.

Needless to say they did an astounding job, especially with how crazy things were.

To those of you who had issues getting ahold of us...I apologize. As mentioned, I had a helluva time trying keep the program running, and considering the obstacles at hand I think we did a great job.

That also applies to all of the "thank you" PMs. While I would love to individually respond, I also love having a life. You're Welcome!

To those who were not picked to be distributors this time, the team will never be "set", and I will constantly looking at the applicants during each distribution and will call upon different people each time hopefully

Coordinated Civilian Strike

Another thing we did yesterday was coordinate a "Coordinated Civilian Strike"...or "civilian bum rush" as i affectionately refer to it 😃

In the face of multiple Iranian tanks, a rag-tag group of Americans we picked up in random IRC rooms and whatnot met up in #eus-civil and all attacked the wall at the same time, causing a 20k wall drop in seconds.

Did that change the battle? Probably not, but it was pretty fun, and was a test run. A 20k wall drop while the enemy is tanking is actually rather better than we expected, and this program will only get better as more people learn about it and join us.

Welcoming Committee

Well guys, since the holidays started and the WC crew got busy (myself and ligtreb are both of vacation), its because blatantly obvious we need help based on the number of unopened PMs that are calling me...

Id like to introduce two new members to the WC team, Endy and Blazix (Who, as mentioned, also helped with the distribution)

These are both very community minded individuals who I believe can do a lot of good here.

Im actually supposed to be writing up an orientation for them...but yeah.....

So shoot them a friend request and a PM too to say welcome to the WC 😃

Do NOT take jobs at iron companies!

We have no intentions of keeping LionKing, so congress has raised iron income taxes to 50% to discourage our economy from absorbing those companies.

If you take a job with one of those companies, you will be unable to quit for 3 days, and will be taxed at a rate of 50%, while providing labor to enemy companies.

American land workers should work at Wood, Oil, or Grain companies only!
