Together we can achieve everything - Suggestions for Army

Dear South Africans,

The problem in our country is not called Brazil or lack of new players. The problem is called National Army... At this time there is not good organization thus we waste damage and in the end lose the battles. Battles opened on to be won... With good organization we can win various liberation fronts. Thinking about all this and reading some articles and posts I decided to share my ideas and my experience with you to organize well the national army which will become combat effectiveness.

Suggestions - Solutions:

1. Minister of Defense will contact all private military units and discuss with their Commanders about whether or not they want to participate in the project: National Army. If so will be asked to form a list of people who want to participate together with the military rank and the strength of each player.
2. Modification of the avatars to show in what state unit the player belongs together with the private military team.
3. Record companies can be used in the MUST program so we can have plenty of weapons for everyone. All people must work in weapon companies of the National Army.
4. Everyone involved in the project will have to fight at least once in battle which will be determined by the Department of Defense and they will get supplies on IRC channel. Any refusal or disobedience would cause the removal of the player from the state unit.
5. In situations with red alert will be necessary to have all the players on the channel so we can have good coordination and not waste damage. Also a list of the bazookas and candies especially in the first two division is necessary.
6. When there is an incentive then there will be participation. That will start operating the gear which is called States Army. As an incentive can be considered a mission in which few people will fight in the liberation war of an ally country.
7. As we all know the contribution of money is difficult and in general few donate. Think that everything you give will come back to you in the future in supplies.

The regular state army should be warily and alerted. In time of peace should be in exercises and large quantities of food and weapons must be stocked in order to be able to provide supplies in war period. And because only that will keep new players in the game first restruct the army and then try to bring new players in the game.

Any other ideas or suggestions are welcomed in order to rebuild quickly our army.
