Orientation: Working and Training

Day 1,631, 22:47 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Stefan1992
Working and Training are two daily tasks that need to be completed on eRepbulik in order to gain a bonus award. Of course, there are other tasks that should be done daily, such as fighting. This will guide you through the process of completing those tasks. For a complete list of guides, look at this article or go directly to Orientation on the Wiki.

Working

Working is the main source of income. You can work once a day per company. You can work as a general manager in the companies you own plus one other company. Every time you work, you gain x amount of income (x being your wages minus taxes) and two experience points. The amount of products you create depends on the type of company you are working for and the country's natural resource bonus. You also lose 10 health, no matter what level of quality the company you work for is. If you work 30 days in a row, you gain a Hard Worker Medal and 5 gold. You do not need to work for the same company 30 days in a row in order to achieve this.

Every person that reaches level 12 gets 3 grain farms and 1 Q1 food company. However, to get a monetary income, you should find work at the job market. Just go to the Market tab and click Job Market to find a job. It doesn't matter how many companies you are a general manager or work for, as long as you work at one company, you will have completed that daily task.

To work, go to My Places, and then the Companies section. Work for the job you are employed in and then the companies you own. You can work for all the companies you own at once by making sure all companies are selected and pressing the Start Production button. Make sure you have enough health first or you won't be able to work.

Training

Every person owns a training ground. By training, you get 5 strength, plus an additional 0.5 strength if your country currently has a natural enemy, and an additional 0.5 strength for a living friend (maximum of 1 for two friends). By purchasing the upgrade, you gain 15 (Q3) or 10 (Q2) strength instead of 5. It is worth buying the upgrade since it pays for itself in the long run through super soldier medals. Every time you use the training ground (which you can only use once a day) you lose 10 health and 2 experience points. Once you train, you gain access to the reward bonus, but you have an opportunity to gain more strength.

There are three buildings which can be built that would give you additional strength. Here is a list of those buildings and costs.

Climbing Centre
Strength Receive😛 2.5/5/7.5
Training Fee: 0.19 Gold
Cost to Buil😛 100 Currency

Shooting Range
Strength Receive😛 5/10/15
Training Fee: 1.49 Gold
Cost to Buil😛 200 Currency

Special Forces Centre
Strength Receive😛 10/20/30
Training Fee: 1.79 Gold
Cost to Buil😛 500 Currency

You must pay the gold fee for every day you use it. I recommend building only the Climbing Centre, as the others are too expensive. It literally pays for itself with the gold you get from the Super Soldier medal.

Reward

Once you have worked once and trained once, you get a reward. In order to get the reward, go to the homepage and click the "Get Reward" icon. By getting this reward, you gain an additional one strength and one experience point. After five consecutive days, you gain five strength and five experience points.
