Dear admins, brazilian people and people of Denmark
In the last few days I and some fellow brazilians, danes and players from other countries decided to go to Denmark and run for Congress elections. We did that for a series of reasons, I'll try to explain some of them. First of all, some of us are descendents from escandinavians, so we have a special interest in Denmark. Others just like the Vikings and admire the country. Some of us are danes who just don't like the way the country is being administrated right now. Others just wanted to help to build the country being a Congressman.
We organized within the Democratic Party (our friend Raalph created it, we didn't steal it.). After we arrived, some danes started to get worried. They thought we were goldhunters or TO'ers. We understand that. We proved we're not goldhunters and gained suppoprt amongst many danes. We will prove we are not interested in stealin' Denmark, there is nothing to be stolen, the country is very poor.
We won the elections democratically and we are okay with the difficulties of convincing old danes why we are really here.
We are not okay with Grev Per's attitude, tho.
Grev Per is the god-dictator-president of the bureaucratic theocracy of Denmark. He is the leader of the Weberian Bureaucracy Party (by the way, it's not as clever as you think, Max Weber is kinda overrated).First, he called us brazilians "putinhas" (little whores, in portuguese). A clear ofense, but the admins did nothing. Now he called us monkeys and homosexuals. I must remind you of all brazilian football (specially Roberto Carlos and Robinho) players who have been called monkeys across Europe.
Grev Per disguised it, but THIS IS RACIST. We will NOT TOLERATE that.
He also called us homosexuals. We demand the admins to do something about it. We know GREV PER is a FRIEND of the admins and keep asking to be an ADMIN. HOW CAN HE BE AN ADMIN IF HE IS HOMOPHOBIC AND RACIST?! We demand a ban for GREV PER. He offended brazilian people. Brazilians felt so offended the country passed a trade embargo against Denmark.
There is no room for xenophobia, racism, homophobia or any kind of prejudice in eRepublik. It is against the rules! We have the right to live in Denmark. Time will prove our real intentions!
Grev Per and his racist friend are firing non-escandinavians from the companies! This is FASCISM!

We are talking and exchanging ideas with many danishes and danish congressmen to make this country better. We even published an article where we asked Per's help to administrate the country.

Arh come on it's barely anything. if you get offended by it then find another country maybe.... What i've read from him so far has been pretty innocent. I would love to know what danes you are working with as well as see exactly what you have of plans for denmark. the only suggestion i read so far was to get more companies, a suggestion that was fired down because what the country really needs is more workers. then the focus got shifted around to that which in itself is okay, but in a larger perspective just shows that there is no real knowledge of the needs of eDenmark.

It's so obvious that El Loco Abreu isn't truly hurt or writing this from the bottom of his heart.
This is a simple minded attempt to get another player banned.
His highlighting and repeating of words like "RACIST, NAZISM and FASCISM" shows that he knows just the right buttons to push to get the admins attention and try and manipulate them into banning a citizen who stand in the way of his own interests.
Now he has all his eBrazilian friends and countrymen vote and comment - acting like they feel victimized aswell. Cunning move - but extremely unsympathetic.
Now if you take a closer look on all his accusations, you quickly discover that he's manufactoring lies (Claiming that he has the support of several non-immigrated e-danes and indicating that Per is a nazi) that will make his own case appear good and just.

This is not good. I live in America, so this really doesn't apply to me, but this is horrible. How can people live with this? I don't care what you people say, anyone calling Brazilians "little hores" and all of the other things you said up there should be banned, no questions asked. If someone walked up to you in the mall, or at work, or anywhere else in the real world and called you a homosexual, would YOU be fine with it?? Anything that is bad to do in real life shouldn't be done here. And you can't ask why they were in Denmark, everyone has the right to visit other nations. There's nothing wrong with that. Maybe I'm not seeing the whole story, but I think this "Grev Per" guy should be banned! Does anyone disagree? Because I'd like to see the other side of this story, if there IS one...

I never called the Brazilians little whores. A friend of mine tricked me and told me the word for little whores in Portuguese, but said it meant 'fish'. So I thought I was calling them 'fish.'
As for visiting other nations, that's fine. It's when you take 20 of your friends to another nation the day before elections just so you can take over politically because that nation isn't very big. That's not only lame, it's pathetic.

It's not my fault Grev Per wrote a racist statement. I felt offended, as many people around the world did, and decided to raise my voice against racism. This is what we are doing here: raising our voices against racism. When people are given that opportunity, they generaly embrace it.

When a player with political influence openly writes against people from a specific country (who have the right to live in the country!) or ethny in a racist way, calling them monkeys - a known word against brazilians in europe -, asks for people not to allow them in the society or in the companies, and more, asks for a political unity against the supposed threat, it seems to me this is as close as it's possible to nazism and fascism in this game.
I prefered not to discuss the discrimination against people with AIDS because it's even more problematic. AIDS is a serious problem here in Brazil, and even though we are a leading country in social programs against the disease it still kills a lot of people. But I would not like to talk about it since it affects people very close to me.
You come to TO our country. Sure this game gives you the right, and that is in many ways, a glaring fault of the admins. (The same admins you want to ban me as a racist.)

Also on the aspect of AIDS, I'm sorry about THAT, I had no idea and will not use the term again in this context. However perhaps you should realize that there are many here in Europe who know people who have survived the holocaust, and we've heard about it firsthand. Actually I'm a political scientist so I know exactly what nazism was. I would say the only main element lacking is the ideology, wich could be associated with the bureaucracy idea.
Actually, Max Weber (Weberian Party?) was the most notorious enthusiast of the Article 48 of the Weimar Constitution, wich later made it possible for Hitler to rise to power. But that's just a curious fact.
And yet we don't really mention Max Weber too often now do we.
You know what's like Nazism? A group of soldiers from a larger industrialized military country, rush into our country and take over our political institutions to inflict their will upon the indigenous population. That sounds more like Nazism to me, and that's what you are doing.

What I meant is that things in the game (obviously) are not identical to real life. So if lowering the minimum wage can be compared to genocide (note: he was acusing US of genocide), the kind of persecution perpetrated by Grev Per can be compared to nazi-fascism. I would even say my comparison is closer to reality.
And once again: this article received worldwide support. Just check the votes on the Brazilian press and you will see this is far beyond our capacity.

considering the communist leftwing party was the second largest party in eDenmark until the brazillians came you can hardly use that as an argument. Furthermore the rightwing party supporting the danish government get the vast majority of votes from people of age 50+, which are very unlikely to be playing this game. Fact is in every internet poll i've seen about danish politics the last few years the leftwing is usually a landslide winner, often giving 50% to the two most leftist parties alone. Your argument is invalid when not put into perspective.
On another note: i find it curious that when the TO of denmark failed they insetad try to get eDanes banned. i suppose when they have gotten Grev Per out of the way they'll move to other danish leaders and heroes. If you can't take over an eCountry in an election you can always get the opposition banned I guess ^^

But if we take your argument on Grev Per calling all Brazilians "Little Whores", which he did not mean to, then you did in fact call all Danes racist. Grev Per called the immigrants from Brazil that, not all of the Brazilians in the world, which you clearly say he did.
