Theocratic Army Update

"...It is important to clarify that being a Theocratic does not mean being automatically part of the Theocratic Holy Army.

To be part of the ordinary Theocratic Holy Army it is important to follow certain rules:
- being resident in Switzerland working for Theocratic companies within a specific business model;
- if the Theocratic Army is officially involved in a war, the Soldiers must fight in its support even if the war is against his original Country;
- if the Theocratic Army is not officially involved in a war, the Soldier may ask for a leave to go and fight for the side the Soldier wishes on his own expenses. In those cases, the Theocratic Army may provide also tickets, weapons and gifts on its own discretion if the war may be used for ranking;
- Soldiers do not need to send their activity status because they will be monitored day by day by a team of supervisors. Although, it for some reason the Soldier must be away for certain amount of day it is required to send a PM to its Division (this information is needed to track availability and it will be forwarded to the GM of the Theocratic companies);
- in spite of this a Theocratic Soldiers cannnot be part of another National Army, and 1) he should never fight against the Theocratic Nation, 2) the orders of the Theocratic Army have precedence on everything else, 3) to leave Switzerland the Soldiers must ask for a leave... "

Second phase of Ranking Plane:

"Theocracy want the best for its Soldiers.
We are not here to earn on our Theocratics citizens, but we want to grow up all togheter making our army every day most efficient.
For this reason the golds earned with theocratics companies export, now will be shared between Soldiers."

The ranking Soldiers will have:
- weapons will vary/depend (GAMMA and DELTA Q4, EPSILON, ZETA and ETA Q3)
- when a Soldier passes to higher forces, will be updated also the weapons supply
- Colonel will have tickets, weapons and 12 GOLDS
- Captain will have tickets, weapons and 8 GOLDS

FOR MILITARY SUPPLY, EVERY SOLDIER MUST ASK TO COMMANDER OF HIS DIVISION!!
I want to remember to Commanders that in Depots from 1 to 5 are for Q4, and Depots from 6 to 10 are for Q3, and Depots from 11 to 15 are Tickets

Let's recap (only for captains and colonnels):
The sequence MUST be repeated EVERY DAY.
Every day will be utilized 2 GOLDS for each Soldier in this ranking plan.
The FOURTH DAY OF WAR, the CAPTAINS will end their cycle and they will do a FINAL SPRINT until 50% wellness (the next day after one fight: Hospital and Gifts and they will be at 100% wellness). COLONELS instead will do the same on SIXTH DAY OF WAR.

Maybe you will ask yourself why no use all the gold the first day?
The answer is simple, because the strength increase every day and we need to razionalize the gold.

This RANKING PLAN is the SECOND of a long serie. After the end of this one will be recalculated rank, strength and other golds will make available for other soldiers that will respect the parameters described.

Every Soldier must send PM to Theocratic Holy Army to officially confirm.

We will supervize each Soldier that will be in this ranking plan.
IF SOMEBODY NO RESPECT THIS PLAN WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST!
