Theocracy is changing

Dear Theocrats,

Today I want to present you a new plan for the Theocratic Structure and Theocratic Nation.

As you know, managing 20 companies, salaries, military supply, raw, elections, mpp ect ect... is very difficult and also expensive.
Every month 300 gold for 3 mpps, about 200 gold in raws, about 150/250 gold for the monetary market: 600/700 gold thrown out of the window for country affairs, which brought us only frustation and problems.

No military action because we don't have the right mpps, or because people are blocked in congress.
PTO attempt every month.... Ok one month it should be funny, but it becomes very boring if you face it every month.

And again, like Calangao sai😛"Today other big countries aren't interested on our military power but only on our country position. Not on theocratic damage in battle but in Theocratic Country to block their enemies attack".

It's true, we must regain our freedom like army, like soldiers, and show again to world, OUR MILITARY DAMAGE!

For these reasons I think we need to change. Change our structure... we need a TABULA RASA.

I suggest all this:

- Theocratic Nation will be cancelled.
- Move to a country with interesting high raw regions, high population and interesting wars.
- Setup pairs of companies (raw-manufacture, raw-construction).
- Increase salaries, so every single theo will be free to buy what he/she needs (the only requirement is that they must pay attention to their wellness) and of course they can use their salary to train with special abilities.

The country.
There were three interesting countries: Russia, Greece and Spain.
Greece:interesting for iron region in Central Greece, good population, but few wars.
Russia:war every day, high raw region, high population... but we don't like the phoenix alliance.
Spain:high population, friendly country, high iron region, high population, war every day, good alliance.
So I propose Spain.

Pairs of companies.
As you can see here in eSK we need all stuffs, from food to ticket, and some of them are useless for a military structure like Theocracy.
In Spain we will set up only Q3 iron companies and weapons q5. (of course also q5 house).
So we will increase our production of weapons. Less boring raw trading for all companies.

Increase salaries
In a first count, we calculated a 24-25ESP/day for skill 7 and higher.
Other skills according with spanish job markets.
25 esp are about 0.8 gold/day.
Only requirement you must gift yourself. But with wars I think there are no problems.

IMPORTANT: you are able to ask to others countries military stuffs to fight, but FIRST THA ORDERS than other orders. Work every day, and wellness > 90.

As I usually say: we are still theocrats, it is not the end only a new beginning, and we dont need a country to own to exist.
