Excerpted from the fourth chapter of the Book of Dio...

It was in the moment of his message to the Pakistani people, that Dio Brando, our lord, became one with the universe. Through the universe he spoke to the people that betrayed him and the holy land.
He spoke to the Spaniards:
'You have forsaken me. You have forsaken the sand. You have forgotten your roots and you have done unto to our people, because of this you will be the only people that will suffer this curse. For as long as you will live, you will wear large hats and eat paella. You will lisp and suffer from unemployment. I have spoken!' "

The Theocracy was founded by Dio Akira and his son, Dio Maksas, as a political movement in 2008. Originally thought to be a way of spreading Dio's light through politics (and the subsequent PTO'ing of Switzerland and South Korea), their first success was Dio Brando's election to the Swiss presidency on February 6, 2009. Without Dio Brando, they would have never been.
According to their wiki page (because there is no religious text), they "admit the existence of a single god, Dio Brando, who created the sky, the earth and visible and invisible things," yet they will not fight for him. This is the definition of heresy.
Seemingly out of their own greed—as well as their passé and half-hearted disagreements with Phoenix—they have remained silent as India continues to invade and ravage the Holy Empire. They have allowed their petty politics to cloud their identity, their purpose, and their past. They have no business parading around Madrid and Barcelona brandishing the Holy Crescent.
Theocracy has forever
abandoned Dio Brando
and Pakistan.

Exactly. It's a shallow, empty, and nomadic movement with no grand purpose and no real identity. They cater only to the boredom of citizens in second and third-world countries who log in every day merely to achieve BH medals and rank promotion.

Absolutely not. I saw the screenshot that Donovan posted and it clearly showed that someone applied under my name. It was also right after I published an article declaring my conversion to Dioism.
That was back when Emerick and his lemmings would go out of their way to defame me, annoy me, or soil my name. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Though, I should clarify that I don't know who did it. If he did though, it would show his ridiculous foresight, as it would appear he had embarrassed me from beyond the game.
I have a lot of enemies, XIII. They've always proven themselves diligent in trying to discredit me--from spreading rumors that I sold US intel to PEACE to manipulating the truth on my departure from the US. The trend has always been that if they fail to discredit me, they do their absolute best to make me LOOK discredited.
My wiki says I credit darkplayer82's death as the catalyst for "reconsidering the core faith" as I used to be a staunch critic of Dioism. Well, darkplayer82 is a Theocrat. If I wanted to convert to Theocracy I would have done so instead of initially converting to Dioism.

Part of me regrets designing the Theocratic Flag. Part of me believes that Dio's legacy is being exploited for the sake of rallying Theocrats for a cause, but the cause has become a farce.
Then again, I doubt that a people that has been blessed by Dio and inspired by Dio's grace could sway this far from the path to peace without reason. I want to see what the Theocrats have to say for themselves.
