Looks like the main alliances are well balanced, however there is still 17% to 18% neutral damage in each division. This Neutral damage can still prove to be important in the future.

Nice to see. I would have liked it way better if you also mentioned two other issues;
First off all; eNL apart as a nation.
Second; The % of fighters per alliance/div/eNL.
That could proof usefull for future analyses on where to focus on and if we were heading the right direction with XS focus and my commune proposal.
