The Swedish Army has Derailed. Epic Boobs included! Pawn E2-E4!?

The glorious eNation Sweden is getting run over by hordes of Hungarian soldiers. I've read about the Hungarian - Swedish war as a chess game which demand tactics and where every move is monitored closely. Why!?
Sweden attacked Germany while Germany had almost equal many citizens as Sweden and while Germany had several strong MPP's activated and fighting against Sweden. That was perhaps not the most brilliant or tactical move but it was indeed a HUGE challenge for most of the active playing Swedes. And it made the Swedish players active, which is the most important thing in this game.
Hungary vs Sweden could for sure be described in terms of a chess game - but lets face it. Hungary one on one against Sweden is the more like 9000 pieces vs 800. You don't need deep blue on your side to win.

Hungary is doing the right thing, you fight and you play the game! If you asked me to make a list of the most boring countries in eRepublik I should probably put United Kingdom and Canda in the top. Two countries who never seem to be able to bring anything that could remind me of action. And if they take one step in the direction of bringing some you can be 100% sure that hordes of politicians will prevent it.
Inactivity is the curse of all eRepublik countries and the fact that the UK - a country with 7000+ citizens top the media section with an article with 62 votes on elections day says it all.
In Canada, a 4500+ country an article with 40 votes would be granted second place after yet another alarm article screaming out that Canada will be Political Taken Over. Frankly who would care to give them that service..?
Hungary does it thing all the way up in the Her Royal Danish Garden. Sweden also provides action, we look for ways to have fun. (Yes, could sound irresponsible but there are those who say this is a computer game and the most important thing is to have fun..)
Quicksilver knows this. I remember an old article with the message 'Shall we go East or West?' and the message that the players in eHungary will quit playing if a long period of peace would follow the resistance wars against arch enemy Romania.
So basically its better to walk, slip and end up on your butt now and then compared to sit on a chair and not walk at all.
Currently eHungary is walking and eSweden is getting our butt kicked. Still I dare to say our citizens have more fun than those in for example UK and Canda who still figures out what to do.
eSweden with Kalle Holm in charge went all in but even though the train derailed severely, no harm where really done since lets face it everything you produce in this game is about building a train and run it. And it's supposed to derail now and then so others can use the track.
We win some, we lose some.
Hospitals, Defense systems, Weapons, Iron, Gifts.. basically everything except low level food is needed or only functional during war. Without war this game offers very little content in its current shape and form.
It's far from good old Civilization in that sentence in which case we would have conquer several regions on culture victory for just being cool!
Where is the churches, cathedrals and universities in eRepublik? Thank God the Developers gave us a now Tutorial Video instead of Citizenship or better usage of Gifts, Moving Tickets and the Player vs Player War Module that was promised ages ago.

My last article consisted of 70% Abba lyrics but still pieces of it was true, "My my, I could try to hold you back but you will be stronger. Oh yeah, and now it seems my only chance is giving up the fight. And how could I ever refuse, I feel like I win when I lose."

We, the eSwedes, are having fun! Sure it would probably be more fun if we some magic way won the battles instead of giving them up rather immediate since the Hungarian points are made so fast and in such numbers that any real fighting is pointless. But its action and it happens with eSweden as one very active participant. That's good enough!

And never failing at anything in order to keep some kind of perfect record is that really something we should aim for? Hell, we couldn't even learn to ride a bike with that motto.

Hungary has now beaten down the wall in Syddenmark with almost half a million point. Amazing. I'll tip my hat to your power.
The Swedish Army didn't even defend it. Instead it was sent to Turkey and helped liberate Central Greece. Turkeys only High Iron region, a region with double Q5's and astonishing 153(!) Companies.
Personally I tanked about 14000 points there, had a great time and made many new friends. I hope you guys in Hungary are making friends while fighting also!
With honest hopes of future friendship but also for peace between Hungary and Romania.

As I documented in my articles, I strongly opposed the war on Germany.
But I love Misho's attitude and writing style. For those of you who missed it, please check out his ABBA-inspired article listed above. Patriotic and hilarious.
I was amazed by Sweden and Poland's diplomatic successes in getting so many of Germany's original allies to stay neutral. At first, it looked like an amazing win.
Everyone knows what happened next, so I won't rub it in except to say 2 things:
1) wars against countries with large numbers of MPP's rarely work out happily for the aggressor; and
2) thank you for making the world largely forget our own disastrous "Operation Taco Bell".
Finally, thanks to all those Swedes who fought in the last hours of Central Greece. It was truly a close battle, and we needed every soldier, from the mightiest tank to the lowliest corporal.
