Eleven days ago there was a mass hack, leaving many accounts without their gold and national currency. The South East Council was one of those unfortunate organisations to be attacked. All the money was taken away along with the company it owns, South East Gifting. Total losses were estimated at 15 gold and 600 GBP in the organisation account. The company had an estimated 300 GBP, 125 gifts, and 200 diamonds.

The admins later stated in their article that all citizens and organisations should have received their gold back. Those that are still without their gold should send a ticket to them under the Report a Bug department. The South East Council was one of those organisations that still did not have their gold back...or for that matter anything that was lost. So, I did what the admins said to do and sent a ticket to them under Critical (the highest level) to them.

It was vital that the South East Council got everything back to normal, as it serves to help anyone needing help in the South East. I placed the Council on lockdown as a precaution, changed the password (twice), and waited for the admins to reply.

Eleven days have passed, and the admins have failed to reply. Simply, this is unacceptable.

I was able to get the company back. What happened was that the hackers placed the company on sale. The British Cause Group had bought the company, thinking they were getting a bargain (16 gold for a company that has a large stock in both gifts and raw material). They cooperated, and gave back the company. Still, all the gold and GBP was missing. Yet I was amazed to see so many people lend out their hands (and wallets) by helping the South East Council get back on its feet. Many donations were given to the Council, and I lifted the lockdown just in time for the planned launch of its newest programme, the Welcome Baskets scheme.

Before the hacking incident, I had donated 20 gold to the Council, and yet all of that had stolen just days later. While the South East Council currently has enough money to continue with its great programmes, it still does not match the amount of money it used to have. I am greatly disappointed at the efforts of the admins. Well, efforts is not the right word to use, since there has been no effort to give the gold and GBP back. Even under the most urgent ticket one can send, they have not investigated into this specific situation. So this makes me think of all the people who send tickets to the admins. If nearly two weeks have passed with no reply to a critical ticket, how long does it take for them to reply to a low level ticket? You'll probably be on your deathbed by the time they get back to you.

I am not asking you to boycott or do any protests against the admins. I'm writing this to get you aware of the problem with the admins. It is a great disappointment that they cannot reply and solve one problem that indirectly affected everyone in the South East. Why? Why can they not reply back and fix this? I would of assumed it would be easy to fix, yet apparently this is not the case. I consider myself to be a patient person, yet I cannot continue, waiting for nothing to happen.
