The never ending boring debate...

Day 482, 08:34 Published in Romania Romania by Don Sorel del Super

My first article written in the English language appears due to the, what may be, the common interest for it in various eCountries. It is so intriguing that IRL nations and eRepublik nations have the same goals but they do not accept their opponent's goals. I mean, look at the everlasting Hungarian-Romanian conflict, it is so annoying to try and take a side when you are an ousider.

Who speaks the truth concerning the natural belonging of Transylvania? Does it naturally belong to the Romanian people whose ancestors, the Dachians, lived and ruled Transylvania for several tens of decades, but they lost it to the Roman Empire as the 1000s rulers of Transylvania lost it to the Hungarians? Or does it actually belong to the Hungarians who ruled Transylvania for several centuries, with minor problems raised by the inhabiting Romanians?

A debate in this respect will only bring to a never ending story. Think about it: name one European nation that was never ruled by any other nation or never had larger territories than they have today. Actually name one worldwide nation that doesn't have a troubled history, for that matter. Basically, what I'm trying to point out is that territorial differences are so common that it only gets boring.

Cease the debates and take action in this matter according to your own beliefs. Talking and propaganda will only make the eCitizens in a eCountry confused and obfuscated fact which will lead to refusal and differences.

And as a post scriptum statement: I am born in a multi-culture city in Romania, I have roots all over the country, including Hungarian (something like one quarter) so my position is strictly scientifically.
