Yes, Org rentals are now due. The price is still fixed at 10 gold or the market equivalent of AU$3,333.
Please provide a screenshot of your treasury deposit as proof of payment.
So far the Treasury has received rent from the ADP and the APP.
All tenants will have a week from the due date of the 15th, after which time the locks will be changed and funds frozen. After the recouping of any rent arrears we will endeavour to return the funds to the organisation or individual in question.
For any tenants who do not wish to renew their lease, to ensure a smooth transition, please advise me or the incumbent MoF should I no longer be in the job after the conclusion of the presidential impeachment vote.
There are still vacant properties should anybody wish to sign up for one. Remember that all funds from these rentals help the eAustralian government with covering expenses such as the signing of MPPs which help to keep the country safe.

ADF paid 3,333 and any gold deposited would likely just be converted at that rate anyway.
Any that don't pay by tomorrow try I'll send a friendly reminder if I can, but it should really be up to them to keep their books in order. I'm not even sure if all of them paid last month.

Yeah I know if the Treasury were to convert currency back to 10 gold right now it would be 3500, but as the Treasury is presently more in need of $AU I don't think it's a major deal. Essentially the 3333 is just there because not every org is going to have 10 gold just laying around, and the RBA has more than enough gold to allow the Treasury to exchange some if need be, and the leisure to hold out for a better exchange rate to replenish its gold reserves should they ever seem to be getting low. Honestly I'll just be happy if the rent is paid whichever way and we can get the org sheet up to date.
Oh and Guag if you meant that receipt to be for the ADP I can correct the record. I thought the ADF was essentially the same as other MUs, separate from the DoD, despite how it is IRL.

I got bagged for depositing 10 gold in previously as it should be in CC, now you choose to have a go when I do put CC in as per what it can be purchased of the market.
Maybe there should be an overhaul of the whole org thing as to who does not need to pay as a "country saviour" or if some orgs are still out of the country control without payment mades. I find it a farce that I be singled out when there are other orgs in the whole mix.
Don't fear Guag, I plan on sticking to the whole letter of what I wrote. There will be no exceptions.

Gudz, many are no longer active, but the org sheet that I passed onto JT at the start of his term should show which ones are and which ones arent.

If any government office is to send me a bill for renting of an Org, I will be more then happy to pay it. Just like everyone else, including Nebula, ADF, JDS and all of the private Orgs, one rule for all, i agree. 3500cc is bugger all and if it can help the government afford MPPs rather then lie to our partners about our finances, all the better.

well 20 gold would mean I rip Australia off by 3k due to the fix exchange rates (plus that would only pay for 2 months since the bill I got was for 10 gold). But come next month, if the rate is higher, I will make up the difference, or if they want gold, set an RBA offer up, I will pay 120 gold into it and then they can refund the cc.
