Join the new world

This article was written a few days ago, and the content has not been changed. You probably will think that this sucks to, but i really don't care anymore. I have just received my overdose of hate, and erepublik is dead to me now. Becoming president was the single must stupid thing i have ever done in my time here, and the last month has been nothing then a time consuming chore. I wasted so much time this last month, and the only thing i have got in return is hate. I am so sick of being called a bad president and a troll, so i have decided to go Ms.Carmen on you and i will send all the passwords over to the next president after he is elected. I will still log on to check my inbox until the term is over. Shame but it's true.... The game is dead to me.

The King has left the building

We all knew it couldn’t last, but I guess it is for the best.
As we all know my term is soon over, and I will lose all the awesome power to keep you down. Some of you might look upon this as a great opportunity to gain your freedom back, and some of you might miss being a slave to the almighty Potato. So, I might not have the title “president” anymore, but we all know that I will still be your King 😁







I only had only one goal when I was elected to be president of this awesome country, and that was to bring stability to a unstable country.
The task looked impossible in many people eyes. But with a hard working government, a cool head and a bit of luck we actually reached our goal.
I also hope that the government enjoyed the freedom I gave them. I didn’t feel that controlling their every step was going to do this country well, so I let them do their job on their own terms. Tommy and FJP talked often to the Swedish government. Taulen worked on his factory without me breathing down his neck and Morten Asphaug could Fang all the Fish he wanted without me taking my share of it. Was this the right way of doing it? Maybe not... But as we all knew. I was only the best out of a bad situation 😉
But hey.....
The war is now over, we got a congress, we got some active allies and we got some activity back in the community. Is the work over, no, we still have allot to do, but we have laid the foundation for a more experienced and qualified president to take over.


Why people might think that I haven't done a good job might be the fact that in politics, your job is to manipulate your friends and enemies. That’s something that I have abstained from under my reign, and I have done almost everything in my power to keep you “the people” informed about everything that have happen. It’s not a easy task, but I think that we have done far more then anyone expected from us. You have been informed about battles, battle orders, the situation with Sweden and we have answered most of your questions. I hope that you all appreciate the work we have done to keep you well informed because, believe me, it’s time consuming.



The human nature is not so different from politics.
The human nature is evil, selfish, ambitious, etc etc etc. And if you want to succeed in politics, you need to have these skills to survive. As the person that is far from evil, selfish etc, it’s not a easy task. I have received a lot of hate and accusations over this month, but I did not back down. I held my ground and kept going on with high hopes for a better tomorrow.
I am also proud to say that this government has not used one single “krone” ( except for the payment to Eden and payments for allies) to keep this going. Every tank, food and money have come from voluntary labour, my own pocket and donations from the people.
So this have not only been a great government, but a cheap one to 😁



I know that a King is supposed to show his slaves muscles to keep them in line. But I have not followed that path. Maybe that’s why I am the object of hate from many angels atm, but I think it’s better for the people to have it have a good time, then it is for me.
Yeah I could have stole all the money from the bank and throw poop on your heads. But I abstained that privilege for only one simple reason. To keep you happy.
Yes... The king has been the subject for allot of miss content, but I hope that you understand that I did it with the best intentions for you in mind.
It’s a well know political fact that the King must be a beast and a human at the same time to stay in power. But I have not managed to become a beast. I have only acted from my human side, and I hope that you all will look upon that as a great feat.
In a world of devils, you must become on to survive. Well I proved that wrong, and I have the scares to prove it.

Norway would not have made all this progress if it wasn’t from you. The whole nation owes you a great deal, and I hope that you will still continue your great work for this nation. I know that you are not a person of “titles” but I still believe that you have the heart of a Rape Potato to, so I hope that you will accept this medal as a small token of appreciation.



Stakerauo
The man with the plan. This man have done way more then we could ever expect. He have organized, I dear say, maybe 70% of all the soldiers with a Norwegian citizenship. He has been active, funny and awesome in almost every single way, and I hope that you will keep this activity up for years to come. I can truly see you in the political game in the future, maybe even the minister of defence, so don’t stop now.
I knight thee as a “honorary Rape Potato”. You deserve nothing less. I hope that you will appreciate that this title also comes with a life time supply of isenkram.
But don’t you go gluttony on us 😁

I also have a message to every real Norwegian with a non Norwegian citizenship, `Come back, we need every single one of you to build this country back to former glory´. We can never be a stable country if the people don’t really give a crap about his home country. We need to pull trough. I know that the production bonus in other country might tempt you to leave your identity, but is it really worth it?
I also want the people of Norway to start to work together. I am sick of seeing people working against Norway. Luckily there are not so many people doing it at the moment, but I say that 1 is to many.
I hope that the next month will be a month filled with activity and prosperity. I know that we all can do it, but this time.... You will have to do it without me 😁


As I step down from power, I can still keep my head high. I never caved in from stupid demands, and I never stop logging on because I received a hate mail in my inbox. I have spent all my in game money, I have almost no tanks and food left in my storage, but it was worth it baby 😁
