The Journal - Perspective II

This is me.

Since I created this account I have often abstained from the battlefield preventing myself from levelling up. The purpose behind this is to keep myself in Division I but with the strength of a solider in Division II or III. I am a Division I tank & can therefore deal significantly more damage on the battlefield than the majority of my peer group. In a low priority battle I can win a Battle Hero medal with just my food fights (equipped with Q7 weapons). In a high priority battle my influence has a significant outcome on the wall.
Every day I typically gain 68.5 strength.

The last time I wrote an article on this subject I was one twentieth what I am today.

This is Mr. Tayto.

Mr. Tayto is a relatively new player to the game who most of us have come to like due to his good sense of “craic”. Mr. Tayto is only three levels behind me and prefers to fight every day as he finds it to be an enjoyable aspect of eRepublik. Every day he gains between 66 – 90 strength (on average 9.5 strength more than me).

Despite gaining more strength than me, Mr. Tayto will overtake my level in the near future and then soon after enter Division II. The rate at which he gains experience points will not allow him to remain in Division I long enough to have his strength rise above the average level.

In comparison Mr. Tayto is essentially of the same power as me one & a half years ago.

This is Ian E Coleman.

Ian is a former Country President who, like myself, often refrains from fighting in order to better his capabilities on the battlefield. Ian’s account is only 1 day older than mine, he is one level behind me & he gains 12.5 strength less than me a day. Yet despite the similarities between us the difference in our damage output is significantly large.

This is because over the span of time since we both created our accounts I have gained roughly 13,000 strength more than Ian & have a military rank 8 ranks ahead of him.

This is Bhane.

Bhane is the 3rd highest ranked player in Ireland & the strongest player in our top 5. The last time I wrote an article on this topic Bhane was one third what he is today. Bhane gains 91 strength per day.

Bhane is a Division IV tank however unlike me Bhane cannot win a Battle Hero medal in a low priority battle with just food fights. The grade of competition is significantly greater in Division IV than it is in Division I. To claim a Battle Hero medal Division IV fighters have to consume energy bars & often damage boosters.

I am a big fish in a small pond & I'd like to see that remain for as long as possible.

Please note: All influence statistics were made using data from Day 2,373 22:00 eRepublik time. Any increases to strength or rank since that time is not considered.
