The Issue Of Import Taxes
Due to the way the game works, countries like china produces twice as much compared to countries without weapon resources. In Australia we have 2, which means that it is 42% more efficient to produce weapons in eChina compared to eAustralia.

What do you see? They are all Chinese citizens!
Prices won't decrease with a lower import tax. If you could sell something at 39AUD, why would you sell it any lower? The only thing lower import taxes bring is less jobs in eAustralia, therefore less wages, and income going to China.
Myth: The prices of weapons are high compared to other nations.
Fact: In Australia, a Q5 weapon costs 0.065 gold for sellers.
Let's compare this with another country having 2 resources - Lithuania. Q5 weapon: 0.065 gold for sellers.
FYROM: 0.063 gold
Bulgaria: 0.062 gold
As you can see, our weapons price is not outrageous. They're roughly 4% higher. We do not need lower import taxes.

It's limbo: HOW LOwwwwwwwwwwwW CAN YOU GOOOOOOOO?

I agree! Patriotism means having to create jobs within your own country. Going to another country, and in effect outsourcing those jobs, because there are better resources in another country is simply unpatriotic. Not even that, for as little as eChina cares for eAustralia, it is almost treasonous.
Video Jack for CP!
To be fair, the jobs will be still there as they have repeatedly said, however the wage we are abled to come up with would be less, that's all. So our citizens can work in sweatshops in order to keep out with the goods produced by the wealthy Chinese workers.
But the Chinese are our allies, and they fight with us.
nice job on selective reporting. The current prices are fine, the problem was when they hit 50 aud after thsi tax was introduced. They have since dropped due to black market activity so that the govt is missing out.
Btw i am in china to supply the ADF. As it happens i am not making any money at all there but I sure am able to ensure the ADF gets a LOT more supplies for their budget. Good job slamming people that actually working hard to help our country.
venja is a true patriot. he would never put his hip pocket first. Nice BMW by the way mate.
ADF supplies are coming from China to be more efficient with your taxes. Surely this means the tax take can be lower (VAT/income) than otherwise to provide the same support. Is lailai625 actually trying to boost taxes and prices of goods?
@Gordon Lightning: Import taxes does not effect the ADF in any way as supplies are sent with donations. Additionally I highly doubt that lowering taxes will actually decrease the price of goods.
