BMs are not the MoF at all. They have nothing to do with congressional decisions and taxes. They are just money keepers, and it is not their job to be MoF.
BM were fucked up by . ..They should have been like MoF and over CP but they aren't.
What you are telling me if i want ask a extra budget for BM' s they can't refuse? 😃
Pretty much, they cannot refuse as you are a legit CP. But they might ask a congress approval before they act if they believe that there might be an abuse or if the CP is taking too much.

pourquoi je suis contre un dictateur : c'est hautain, il est imbus de sa personne, les autres ne signifient rien à ses yeux et il ne pense qu'à son gain personnel quitte à prendre les sous de ses esclaves.
