My time as Fed Party President is rapidly drawing to a close. I ran on the campaign of butter for all. Real butter not that margarine/I can't believe it's not butter crap.
We dedicated a lot of time and resources into ATO over the summer. Our community and membership numbers suffered as a result. Many, including myself, believed that the ATO was finished, and I was eager to address the cracks I saw in the Party. IRC activity was down, forum activity was down, Fed meetings/Fed Radio disappeared, and inter-party relations were dismal. With a replete to-do list we set to work.
Today I can happily report that the party is growing, Fed Radio is airing, the Departments are staffing up with promising members, and relationships with the other parties are looking better than they have in quite some time. A look at the forums will show games, mentoring programs, the Fed Awards, and the newly created Fun Zone filled with activities and recognition of outstanding Feds. In short we are back on track and loaded with butter-addicted, proud, and horny Feds!
Feds for Kindness!
At the end of the day, eRepublik is a social game first and a military simulation second—and a distant second, at that. Every now and then it’s nice to take a step back and reflect on just how remarkable and wonderful people can be.
The Feds for Kindness Program, currently run by Mr. Wonka and Deonthe3rd, seeks to recognize and reward exceptional players for being kind, active, diligent, wise, or otherwise all-around good. As Mr. Wonka describes it, “the program has given me the opportunity to look back on what has happened in the previous day. I have had the opportunity to announce winners and it has made my heart warm constantly seeing the surprise and warmth that comes along with it. These Feds are some of the nicest people I have ever met, and I am glad I have had the privilege and opportunity to recognize them for their goodness.”
Deonthe3rd notes that the selection is based on a rotating committee, so as to solicit a range of perspectives and avoid nepotism.
Past winners have included Melissa Rose, EnterAwesome, Dr Luis Sentieiro, Tyler Bubblar, Squantoo, Malarkey83, Arith, MourningStar, Apollo221, and eliwood_sain.
Recent winner Apollo221 commented, “Feds for kindness is great. It gives a chance to show off other great Feds’ work within the party. I feel honored to have been given the award and have trouble expressing it. There are so many great people that have been given the award and so many more yet to come. I just hope they keep it going for a very long time to highlight people and their achievements.”

The Federalist Party Hall of Fame is now open!
Being inducted into the Hall of Fame is a huge honor. All current and former Feds are eligible for acceptance. The purpose of the Hall of Fame is to recognize the Feds that have built this party up and contributed to what it is now. These Feds have gone to the moon and back for this party and are undeniably Fed crazy--always proud, always horny. Being a member of the Federalist hall of Fame means you are considered to be one of the greatest Feds of all time.
