can you explain to me what is broke about it? every product prodces has to be consumed,

would you prefer a time limit on food and weps, expiration dates,

every day your inventory loses 1 percent of every item.


or you want ot play a single player game.

you produce goods, you sell goods to no one, make money to produce more goods to sell more to no one. sounds like a single player game to me. there are lots f single player economic games out there.

or you want socialist economy? governments can set max prices and min prices? well this would be very interesting to see how it effects things!



or maybe you want the game a bit more realistic? instead of controlling increases in production with gold. require workers to build factories? and build raw place. instead of 1000 cc for the first raw; 100 work hours.

or tell me what is broke with the economic system?

the only thing i can see is not being able to hire workers when wipped, but i guess not having any territories should have some downside.

I think the problem with the economy system is that you come online, click two buttons, and you're done for the day.

Your lacking the creativity to make a more fun, interesting, and expansive economic model doesn't mean that the current one is good. There are a lot of things that were in the economic module in the past which were far better than the nonsense you listed.

you think more products makes it better? i guess i am a science major, i see numbers, you must be an art guy, you prefer the meaning of the number. 5 apples you see, i see 5 food items.

All I know is I used to enjoy the economic module back in V1, it was fun to own companies back then.

Tsewell you are right in the begning it was good. And both due to captlism and admins removel of products. And removal of government control over each own countries currency.
raw784. Capitalism states all prices will go to and stay at the cost of production. So prices for weps will be produced at loss during peace if they are produced at profit during war. And due to bonuses and trade Serbia can sell cheaper than we can. And it is USA fault not the admins that USA has no import tax so Serbia can depress our wep prices even greater than it should be

population WORLDWIDE is declining, this is not an issue with just the politicians of the United States. If you weren't around for V1 you might not know but there was once a very rich and functional economy in this game.
