Extrapolating exact figures from percentages isn't accurate to more than two decimal points so there will be a small amount of inaccuracy

You could do something a bit more complete, by adding some columns like : damage goal per active citizen, and damage goal per active citizen per average citizen level

do you mean the damage you make or the damage you need in the torunament?

in the tournament it's ~500q7 hits = 100%
